Let all math teachers learn and understand, and turn the goal of subject group into the teaching goal of every math teacher. Through the emphasis in the study of subject groups and the infiltration of dialogue with individual teachers in daily teaching, every teacher in the subject group can understand the role of individuals in the subject group.
