Examinations have existed since ancient times. From the Sui and Tang Dynasties to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, China has been using imperial examinations to select talents for building the country. In new China, which has entered the stage of socialist legal system, senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination are also important ways to select talents for further study. Examination results are related to the future of each student and the development progress of national construction.

Grade three and grade three can be said to be the two most bitter and tiring periods in life. Countless students study hard day and night for their dreams. When the test results were announced, how many students were glad to see the fruits watered by their hard sweat, and how many students wondered why they didn't join the former. Some employers only look at academic qualifications and achievements, and finally being hired is just a "theoretical ceremony". It is useless without hands-on ability and interpersonal skills. Only the perfect combination of the two is the real talent. In the foreign negotiations with China in the late Qing Dynasty, how many of the imperial examination champions, champions and flower explorers who memorized the four books and five classics could argue with foreigners on grounds?

We should not take exam results as the only criterion for selecting talents.
