Chengdu No.12 Middle School is a school with a century-old history and fine traditions. It is one of the first batch of key middle schools in Sichuan Province and one of the ten national demonstration schools for training sports reserve talents. The school was founded in 1908, which was a secondary school affiliated to Sichuan University (the predecessor of Sichuan University), 19 18, 1927, Chengdu Normal University, 193 1 Sichuan University. 1943 was changed to the secondary school attached to Sichuan University Teachers College, 1953 was changed to the 12th Middle School in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, 1959 was the Science and Technology School of Sichuan Branch of China Academy of Sciences, and 1962 was restored to the 12th Middle School in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Chengdu No.12 Middle School is located in the east of Rongcheng, by the Jinjiang River, adjacent to the famous Sichuan University, with an area of 42,373 ㎡ and a building area of 4 1 107㎡. 1979 was approved as the first batch of key middle schools, the first batch of provincial model schools and the first batch of provincial model ordinary high schools in Sichuan province.
