MM education mode is based on the theoretical and applied achievements of Xu Liquan, a comrade of Wuxi Institute of Education, in the research of mathematical methodology at home and abroad. On the basis of learning and studying other people's excellent teaching methods and learning methods; Combined with my own teaching, scientific research and scientific research experience, I made an independent and calm reflection on the present situation and history of mathematics education in China.
With the care, support and direct deployment of the main responsible comrades of Wuxi education administrative department, the first mathematical education experiment (MM experiment for short) was held in Wuxi senior high school in September, 1994. 1May, 1994, the MM experiment was officially appraised and highly praised by the expert appraisal committee headed by Wang Zikun, an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, entrusted by Jiangsu Provincial Education Commission.
