Those who sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students with professional degrees other than Master of Laws (Illegal Studies), Master of Laws (Law), Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration, Master of Tourism Management, Master of Engineering Management, Master of Project Management Education and Master of Sports in Competition Organizations shall meet the requirements in (1).

Second, how do active servicemen and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel apply for graduate students?

The measures for active servicemen to apply for master's degrees and the enrollment units of the military system to recruit master's degrees shall be formulated separately by the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army with reference to these Provisions; Measures for the administration of recruiting people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreigners as postgraduate students shall be formulated separately by the Ministry of Education.

Third, about exams and propositions.

The initial examination of academic graduate students is generally four units. That is, ideological and political theory, foreign languages, business one and business two.

The preliminary examination subjects of professional degree postgraduate enrollment are generally ideological and political theory, foreign languages, business one, business two and four units.

The national unified examination subjects for postgraduate enrollment are ideological and political theory, English I, English II, Russian, Japanese, Math I, Math II, Math III, Education, Psychology, History, Basic Synthesis of Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine.

The national entrance examination subjects are mathematics (agronomy), chemistry (agronomy), plant physiology and biochemistry, animal physiology and biochemistry, comprehensive ability of management entrance examination, professional foundation of law and master's entrance examination (illegal science), professional foundation of law and master's entrance examination (illegal science), and comprehensive foundation of law and master's entrance examination (law).

The proposition work of the national unified examination and joint examination subjects is organized by the examination center of the Ministry of Education; The examination outline of the unified examination subjects is compiled by the examination center of the Ministry of Education, and the examination outline of the joint examination subjects is organized by the examination center of the Ministry of Education or the relevant institutions designated by the Ministry of Education.

The examination time for each subject is generally 3 hours, and the longest examination time for special subjects such as architectural design is no more than 6 hours.

Four. Admission matters

The admissions unit shall determine the admission list according to the enrollment plan issued by the state, the results of candidates' entrance examinations (including preliminary examination and re-examination) and their usual academic performance, ideological and political performance, professional quality and physical health. Those who fail the ideological and moral assessment will not be admitted.

Postgraduate admission categories are divided into directional, non-directional, entrusted training and self-financing. Candidates who take separate examinations can only be admitted to the original unit as directional training master students or entrusted training master students.

Recruiting directional training and entrusted training master students to implement contract system. Admissions units, employers and candidates to be admitted for directional training or entrusted training must sign contracts before the candidates are admitted.

If the freshmen to be admitted retain the admission qualification, they need to apply for it before admission. With the consent of the admissions unit, you can work before enrollment 1 to 2 years.

Candidates who violate the rules in registration and examination shall be dealt with by the relevant departments in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the state and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education. For those who practise fraud (including students who are exempt from the test), those who have been verified will be disqualified from entering the examination, admission qualification or school status according to relevant regulations.

The integrity of the examination will be an important part of the ideological and moral assessment of candidates and an important basis for admission. Those who fail the ideological and moral assessment will not be admitted by the admissions unit.

For cheating candidates, the relevant units will inform their schools or units as required, and record them in the candidates' integrity files and personnel files as an important reference for their future studies and employment. Candidates who cheated in that year are not allowed to apply for the exam next year; Students who cheat seriously shall be punished according to relevant regulations until they are expelled from school; For on-the-job candidates who cheat, the relevant departments will inform the candidates' units, and the candidates' units will give disciplinary or political sanctions according to the circumstances; Offenders shall be transferred to judicial organs for criminal responsibility according to law.
