In fact, all promising methods are false and persistent fantasies of ordinary people, and the Buddha preached various methods in order to get rid of our obsession with the law and pretend to establish an upright position. Then when establishing an upright posture, we need to have a second place, the first one is the mental method, and all other methods should be carried out in turn according to the first one. Therefore, from this perspective, the position of mental method in all promising methods is the most fundamental and the most superior. It is very important to think and understand psychological methods from the perspective of initial safety, not from the perspective of actual law.
