How to add a formula to Pages
After installing MathType, we can easily insert formulas in Pages documents by using the Insert Formula command in MathType's insert menu. Pages is the document processor of the previous iWork suite. Now Apple doesn't use iWork, but MathType is still compatible with Pages 09 and later versions. Given the built-in integration relationship between MathType and Pages, it is very convenient to add MathType formula in Pages, so how does it work?

There are several ways to add MathType formulas to Pages:

Menu command: Once the official or trial version of MathType is installed on the computer, MathType formula command will appear in the Insert menu of Pages. Choose this command to open MathType and create a new formula. After the formula is completed, the formula will appear in the document after closing the window.
