Then, everyone knows Helen Keller's work My Life. She is an American blind and deaf woman writer. I think: When we were moved by the story of this disabled girl's tenacious struggle with the disease, her tutor Anne Sullivan also left a deep impression on us. While she is full of sincere admiration and reverence, we can't help thinking: What kind of teacher can train a blind and deaf disabled person into an excellent Harvard graduate and an outstanding social reformer, and be awarded the highest honor of American citizens-the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and like Mr. Sullivan, we are all engaged in special education. Although there is still a gap between us, whether in Qinhuangdao or other special schools in the province, we are using our lofty personality to influence, infect and encourage those special children to overcome the obstacles of disability and surpass their own lives. Some of the students we have trained have entered the halls of universities, and some have become useful people in society on their own. Our cause is very hard, and many people can't imagine the ups and downs. Today, I will talk about how to be a special education teacher based on my experience over the years.
First of all, teachers' morality is the soul of special education teachers' quality.
As we all know, teachers' morality is teachers' professional ethics. As the saying goes: "Teaching is the work of conscience!" This sentence hit the nail on the head and revealed the importance of teachers' morality. Teachers with noble morality will influence students with their own words and deeds, subtly infect students, and teach students how to be human in the process of imparting knowledge; Teachers with noble morality will constantly update their educational concepts, guide students to learn and teach them learning methods, so that students can benefit for life; Teachers with noble morality are always unknown, selfless and ubiquitous, like candles, with no regrets. In my opinion, the professional ethics of our special education teachers should be mainly reflected in "three hearts": love, responsibility and peace of mind. Of course, there are many, many more Today, because of the time, I will only talk about these for the time being.
