The experiences and practices guiding the training process are summarized as follows:

First of all, I set an example and play an exemplary role. In my example, I let them remember the motto of "be a teacher by example" and guide them to carry forward their dedication and love education and teaching. Let them understand their rights and obligations. The three teachers taught according to law, loved their posts and devoted themselves to their work, and there was no violation of discipline.

Second, education and teaching: practice reflection, lay a solid foundation, concentrate on exploration and develop yourself.

At the same time, three new teachers are encouraged to read more books on educational theory, understand the spirit of the outline, always improve their own quality, constantly improve their spiritual pursuit, enhance their professional ethics, master the laws of education, expand their subject knowledge, strengthen their professional skills and improve their education and teaching level.

2. Listening to each other and commenting on courses is a basic activity form of guidance. In daily teaching, through listening to the other party's lectures, evaluating classes and other activities, discuss and study the problems encountered in teaching, find solutions to the problems, constantly improve and perfect classroom teaching methods, and constantly improve their professional quality. I will listen to them for more than ten classes every year. After class, I will put forward my own views and opinions on the problems existing in teaching, communicate, find out the shortcomings and sum up experience, so as to improve my classroom teaching ability.

Because she still lacks relevant teaching experience, I instructed her to combine her experience with teaching theory through her own reflection. For example, in previous studies, young teachers often paid attention to the acquisition of knowledge and neglected the management of knowledge.

For example, in the teaching process, we often encounter this situation. We seldom ask ourselves questions about our poor performance in a certain class. After realizing the importance of reflection, I guided young teachers to pay attention to finding the answers to these questions, and tried to write some reading notes and teaching reflections. Through this regular reflection, the usual tacit knowledge is constantly externalized, and then these explicit knowledge is used to guide their own teaching.

In addition, I often guide young teachers to think about how to accelerate their own growth and promote professional development. A very important content of curriculum reform is that our education should adapt to this change in today's society. I ask young teachers to become lifelong learners, constantly absorb nutrition through tempering and constantly improve themselves, so as to accelerate their own growth and promote professional development. Mentoring can inherit, help and guide, accelerate the growth of young teachers and make them adapt to the role and environmental requirements as soon as possible.

Third, join hands with * * *, constantly innovate and publicize personality.

With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, our teachers and apprentices are constantly strengthening the curriculum awareness, opening up teaching, opening up a new world of teaching, and changing "textbooks are students' world" into "the world is students' textbooks". This is also the idea advocated by the new curriculum. To this end, my goal is to integrate all kinds of educational resources, pay attention to the diversification of evaluation, pay attention to students' personality differences, work creatively, and form a teaching style suitable for their own personality. In the classroom, let students activate all kinds of senses, enrich their thinking, make their thinking active, make their lives move, and let students really become the masters of learning. Teachers can also taste the meaning of existence in realizing self-worth and get inner satisfaction and happiness.

Under my guidance and training, through their own efforts, they have not only matured their teaching art, but also mastered the classroom better, and the open class has won praise in the school many times. In the month of 20xx, Teacher xx won the second prize of the school-level open class; Teacher xx won the third prize; Teacher xx and Teacher xx participated in the activity of "One Teacher, One Excellent Class" in September, and won the County Excellent Class Award respectively.

The cultivation of young teachers is one of the important parts of education and teaching in our school.
