When school started, the children's routine behavior slowed down, so in these two months, I mainly focused on the education of children's routine habits. Through these two months' study and education, the routine has been improved in all aspects, especially in queuing for lectures. The children are much better, and their hygiene habits have improved a lot. They have also made great progress in keeping things. In the past, they never took care of their own things. Even if the markers are gone, they will only call the teacher or throw their things about. Now the children's things are neatly arranged and their things are well kept. This is the progress of the behavior habits of the friends since the school started two months ago.
Second, education and teaching:
Science and mathematics are taught separately this semester. Relatively speaking, the content to be taught every week is better connected, which is more conducive to children's learning. Mathematics is concrete and abstract, and children like games best. Let children learn numbers with the help of game activities, and let children build digital knowledge while playing middle school and learning. It is easy to master, but in the process of learning addition and subtraction, children don't accept it very well. For example, for the addition of 3, first tell the children that there are two apples on the table, and some have already been brought. Guide children to write 2 first and 1 last. Most children can finish it, but it is difficult for children to finish the read-only questions alone. In addition, this semester, the children in the big class took part in writing numbers, but there was no math class. Instead, they took out several classes to write the numbers of 1- 10, so most of the children did not study in class. This is also the shortcoming that I don't fully understand the textbook. I have communicated with my parents and taught my children to write the number 1- 10 during regional activities every morning. Now children can write the numbers 1 and 2 in a standardized format.
Chinese class pays attention to children talking more and reading more. I found that the children in the class are particularly impetuous, and the most external performance is that they have no good habit of "listening" quietly. Whether listening to the teacher or others, everyone likes to express their opinions. In this way, the rest of the students can't hear clearly, resulting in classroom discipline confusion. I feel anxious about this phenomenon. After thinking about it, I pay more attention to the cultivation of children's habit of "listening" in class, and design several "links" in one day's activities to cultivate children's good habit of listening quietly.
"Use books, hate less." Many times I always try my best to design lesson plans, but I always feel that something is missing. In order to make teaching handy, we can only consciously collect more information, read more educational newspapers and periodicals, consult more leaders, communicate more with colleagues, and improve our education, teaching and scientific research level.
