1. Please plug in the power supply before upgrading to ensure the power supply is stable. Download the upgrade file from the company website first, and download the latest upgrade file to the computer in the upgrade program of NP 16 in the download center. You can use it after decompression. (Please remember the path to save the file).
2. Please connect the machine to the computer through the USB cable, copy the decompressed upgrade file to the upgrade program directory of the U disk, click the icon in the lower right corner of the computer to pop up, and then click it after normal startup to exit the USB connection and enter the interface.
3. Enter the system tools menu, press the up and down keys to select system upgrade, press Enter to enter the upgrade description interface, and press Enter again to enter the system upgrade interface. Interface prompt: The system is being upgraded, and the screen shows the percentage of the upgrade progress. At this time, please do not press the machine button or turn off the power to avoid interrupting the normal upgrade of the machine. When the system upgrade percentage reaches 100%, the interface shows that the upgrade has been completed.
4. After the upgrade is successful, press the (switch) key to restart. ## 1, upgrade to V3.20 first.
