Results: In 20 18, the teachers' further education school achieved fruitful results, guided teachers to participate in various competitions, won two special prizes in the Fujian Teachers' Skills Competition, selected educational informatization as a typical case of the second national educational informatization application, and was rated as a county-level teachers' further education model school in Fujian Province, which achieved good results in academic monitoring in provinces and cities and the national college entrance examination, and the academic differences among schools in the region were significantly reduced. ? 1. More confident. Everyone raised many questions in their speeches, some of which are even difficult to break through at present. For example, compared with the influence of school culture on teachers, the influence of teaching and research staff is almost negligible. In the face of a school where teachers generally lack growth motivation, teaching and research staff always feel like gladiators; Teaching and research training can't be immediate, and its role can't be seen by all leaders. When there is a contradiction between teaching and scientific research and the learning work undertaken by teachers, it always gives way to teaching and scientific research, how to balance and solve the contradiction between teaching and scientific research; Due to the restriction of the financial system on the subsidies granted to teachers in this district, teaching and research researchers can only find teachers in other districts to do the work of proposition, selection and admission guidance. In fact, these jobs are not only an extra burden for teachers, but also a platform for growth. However, due to the limitation of the system, teachers in this area lost this opportunity. Various imported projects have encountered various difficulties and problems in the process of promotion, and so on. Indeed, many problems in reality will haunt us and bring us a deep sense of powerlessness. But I believe that although we can't solve some problems for the time being, we can only take fewer detours. These problems will bring difficulties to our work, but they may not necessarily affect the market. In fact, as long as you move forward, there will always be problems ahead. When you solve a problem, you will face a new one immediately, but you will find that the latter problem will not be encountered before you get there. In other words, endless problems, like milestones, tell you that you have taken another step forward, and problems are also a sign of our progress. So, don't be afraid of problems. Some problems can be put on hold for the time being, others can be solved through other channels, and problems should not stop our progress. Some teachers also talked about the problem of not being recognized in sharing. I believe this is objective. There is no shortage of short-sighted people in the world, and there is no shortage of people who can only see one acre and three points. Moreover, the teaching and research staff are essentially behind-the-scenes heroes, and I am not responsible for success or not. All our efforts are recorded by our teachers and the changes in Haicang education, and we don't need the approval of some individuals at all. Of course, there are still many people who have seen the important role played by teachers' training schools in the development of Haicang education and the efforts and achievements of our teaching and research staff. Last week, when I was with Sun Zongliang, he couldn't help telling me several times that "Haicang education has developed to this day, and the teacher training school has contributed a lot". At the end of last month, a leader of the regional education bureau led a team to our further education school to inspect the education informatization work. At the conclusion, he said two words: first, he learned the truth of Haicang's promotion of educational informatization; Second, the function of Haicang Teachers' Training School has gone far beyond the job responsibilities of the training school itself. We must firmly believe that all our efforts today will really affect the future of Haicang education. Every teacher in a further education school should have enough self-confidence. ? 2. Broader vision. The work of teaching researchers requires us to have a broader vision, otherwise we may be bound by experience and trapped by outdated cognition. In the spring of 20 19, the further education school of our college organized all teaching and research staff to study "Mind Education" in Xigong District of Luoyang City, and to study the organization and implementation of teacher training in Suzhou and Kunshan Teacher Development Centers. Many teachers felt the impact. Going out is really important for teaching researchers and principals and teachers. When you see others, you know where you are, and you will have new motivation. Only by seeing others can we know the limitations of our cognition and break the wall of thinking. However, just going out is definitely not enough. After all, the opportunity to go out is always limited. Broader horizons, more importantly, learning by reading, books are the best and most convenient window to see the outside world. What is the general policy of national education reform and development, what is the education in developed areas such as Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and what is the development trend of education in the United States, Europe and Japan, etc. You can see it in books. On 20 18 Teacher's Day, the District Education Foundation and Education Bureau presented the book Brain Science and Classroom-Brain-oriented Teaching Model to teachers in the whole district. This month, on the WeChat platform of Haicang High School Attached to Beijing Normal University, I saw that the teachers of Liyun Bookstore of Beijing Normal University High School held a reading sharing meeting of this book, which was great. I don't know whether all the teachers in our normal school have read this book. I can tell you responsibly that I read it through the first week I got it. ? 3. The pattern is bigger. Today, we are standing in the era of globalization and Internet. The earth can be infinitely small and information can spread infinitely fast. Openness means that different ideas will flood in and all kinds of resources will come in. If there is no big pattern, we may not be able to digest different ideas and may treat foreign resources negatively. 20 15 introduced Sun Zongliang's studio in Shanghai, and then introduced five famous teachers' studios in Shanghai. It can be said that the hosts of these famous teacher studios are the best teachers in Shanghai. Their entry into Haicang is not just a matter of bringing up a few teachers. In fact, these famous teacher studios should also be a channel for us to see Shanghai education. Looking back today, the work development of Shanghai famous teachers is uneven, and their roles are very different, which is related to the height and working methods of the hosts themselves, to the learning ability of our teachers who participate in the studio, but more to the subject teaching and research staff we are responsible for. For example, Sun Zongliang's studio is well run. The activities in the studio are rich and in-depth, and the training theme is deepening, which makes Haicang, a teacher in the studio, see a higher landscape and gain professional growth, which is inseparable from the intentions of two teaching and research personnel, Lin Hong and Lin Qiuyan. Both of them regard themselves as students of Sun Zongliang, and every activity in the studio is an opportunity for them to learn, so they are called studio leaders. But in fact, he planned, organized and participated in various activities with the heart of Tao. Teacher Sun Zongliang said that he was very moved by teacher Haicang's studious spirit. I think he is more moved by our two teachers, Lin. With such a "disciple", how can Mr. Wang not give everything to the other party? With such a study partner, how can other members of the studio not be involved? I think the bigger the pattern, the more people can lower themselves and see the vastness of the sea and the grandeur of the mountains. The rapid development of Haicang education needs such a mind and pattern. Many resources will enter Haicang and participate in the tide of educational reform and development in Haicang, such as workshops for famous teachers in different places, writing education team of Professor Gao, study guidance team, life education tutor team, China Children's Art Museum, True Love Dream Foundation and so on. Many of these resources are connected by our teaching and research staff, which objectively increases the workload for everyone and sometimes inevitably leads to differences in their work. It will bring you trouble or stress. I hope everyone can overcome these inconveniences and discomforts, focus on the overall situation, take the initiative to accept, communicate and serve, and gather all kinds of high-quality resources to help the development of Haicang education.

? 4. Think more vividly. If you do the same work for a long time, your thinking will inevitably solidify and your working ideas will become more and more rigid. If you are not careful, you will not be able to leave the original place, which will undoubtedly seriously affect the effectiveness of our work, such as subject teaching and research work and the overall work of teachers' further education schools. If you want to break the wall of solidified thinking, you should always reflect on yourself: whether the effect of this work can be better, whether the methods can be improved, and whether there are other ways. When you open your mind, you will naturally have more ideas. For example, the Shanghai famous teacher studio we set up has played a very good role. If we want to expand in the future, must we confine ourselves to Shanghai? In 20 19, the further education school will invite famous teachers from Zhejiang and provincial institutes of education to build studios and break the wall of thinking. At present, the operation mode of famous teacher studios around the country is basically the same, with excellent teachers as the mainstay. Can we set up a famous teacher's studio instead to serve a certain area and focus on helping novice teachers or teachers with weak classroom teaching ability? It is also worth a try. District teachers' further education school is the main supporting force for the construction of teachers in Haicang, but this force is still too thin. Can a branch of discipline research run through primary and secondary schools be established on the basis of Haicang Education Research Association, and be cultivated into a supplementary force of continuing education schools? This may also be a path worth exploring. Dissatisfaction is the upward wheel. If you are not satisfied with your present job, you will have more ideas and more vivid ideas.

5. Be more practical. More practically, it is necessary to grasp the key points of work, make clear where the key points are, and avoid the distinction between primary and secondary. There are teaching and research institutions and researchers in provinces, cities and counties. Although they are all teaching and scientific researchers, the focus of their work is definitely different. In my opinion, the work of provincial teaching and research staff should focus on "Tao", establish standards, form a system and grasp the direction; The work of municipal teaching and research staff may focus on "things", interpret standards, study exams and choose paths; The focus of teaching and research staff in counties and districts should be "people", and the construction of discipline team should be the core work of teaching and research staff in districts, to build a platform for teachers' growth, to support every teacher from novice teacher to excellent teacher, from entry to completion of his career, and to enable every teacher to achieve sustainable growth. As teacher Sun Zongliang said when summing up the studio, the studio has carried out many activities, which boils down to one point, that is, "let everyone have more thinking collisions and make everyone more thoughtful."
