A summary of improving the teaching quality of junior high school education
Summary of improving the teaching quality of junior high school education 1 According to the overall deployment of the county education bureau, our school successfully launched a one-month teaching quality month activity under the guidance of the town education management group.

This activity achieved the expected results. This activity is summarized as follows:

First, leaders attach importance to it and teachers actively participate.

Leaders at all levels attach great importance to this activity. The school set up an activity leading group headed by President Yang Diancheng to directly lead and organize the implementation of this activity, and made a detailed implementation plan. All teachers are actively preparing and participating enthusiastically.

Second, focus on teaching and research reform with the classroom as the carrier.

In this teaching quality month, our school takes classroom teaching as the carrier and classroom teaching reform as the starting point, and strives to improve the level of classroom teaching, create an efficient classroom, and comprehensively improve the level of running a school by pushing the door to attend classes, learning in the county, and teaching open week.

Third, the tree is typical and the award is advanced.

In order to commend advanced students and set an example for learning, we made a quantitative evaluation of the teachers who made classroom speeches on this teaching open day.

Fourth, although the activities have ended, the education reform has not ended.

The teaching quality has come to an end, and the teaching and research reform in our school has not stopped. Our school will take this opportunity to continue to deepen the reform of teaching and scientific research. Through this activity, we will continue to support the professional growth of outstanding teachers, and strive to build a group of expert teachers by inviting them in and out, which will really have a radiation effect.

For young teachers, we will continue to follow the guidance and management, and strive for their rapid growth through the leadership and guidance of these excellent teachers.

Problems in verb (abbreviation of verb) and its rectification measures

Through this activity, it is reflected that there are still some problems in education and teaching in our school:

1, the trend of aging teachers and outdated teaching concepts is becoming more and more obvious.

In this activity, we can't send young teachers to show off many subjects. In some subjects, there are about 50 teachers in public courses. These teachers are very dedicated. Their lesson preparation is the most standardized and lectures are the most rigorous, but they do not use the most advanced teaching methods, such as multimedia. They can't be as bold and innovative as young teachers. The aging trend of schools has become more and more obvious.

2. Some teachers are unprofessional and content with the status quo.

In this activity, a very small number of young and middle-aged teachers hold an indifferent attitude, the form of preparing lessons is outdated, the content is simple, and the classroom lacks new ideas.

In view of these problems, our school will strive to win the support of superiors, constantly improve the conditions for running schools, constantly improve teachers' ideological understanding, and strive to build a scientific research campus.

Summary of improving the teaching quality of junior high school education 2 This semester, I worked as a Chinese teacher in Class xx of Grade Three. Since the beginning of this semester, with the strong support and leadership of the school leaders, with the cooperation and patient help of the class teacher, teachers and parents, I have successfully completed the education and teaching tasks and achieved certain results. Now I will summarize my teaching experience and work this semester as follows:

First, preparation before class

Prepare each class in depth and detail. In preparing lessons, I carefully study the teaching materials, strive to accurately grasp the important and difficult points, formulate teaching methods and teaching forms that conform to students' cognitive laws, pay attention to weakening the difficult points and emphasize the key points.

Second, classroom teaching

Can organize classroom teaching, pay attention to all students, attach importance to information feedback, mobilize students' intentional attention, and maintain relative stability. At the same time, stimulate students' emotions, make them feel happy and create a good classroom atmosphere. The classroom language is concise and clear, and the classroom questions are aimed at all students, focusing on stimulating students' interest in learning. Combine the actual situation in class, arrange homework well, do homework as little as possible, and reduce the burden on students.

Third, pay close attention to correcting homework and pay attention to guiding underachievers.

Since the beginning of school, I have been insisting on the whole batch of homework, so as to better grasp the implementation of students' knowledge and adjust teaching at any time. To improve the quality of teaching, we should also do a good job in counseling underachievers. For the underachievers in each class, we should adhere to the combination of individual knowledge counseling and ideological education, talk with students, talk about ideals and goals, and stimulate learning enthusiasm.

Fourth, actively participate in teaching and research activities.

Adhere to the evaluation of lectures, pay attention to the teaching experience of the teachers in the study group, and strive to explore a teaching model that suits you. I have one or two classes a week on average this semester, which greatly promotes my teaching.

This semester, I also participated in the teaching and research activities of four schools in xx District, from which I learned how to effectively guide students' writing, how to review classical Chinese, how to guide students to do a good job in reading comprehension, and so on, so as to prepare for the review in the third grade of next semester.

Five, pay attention to the study of educational theory, pay attention to the application of some advanced theories in the classroom, so as to make learning useful. For example, learning new knowledge online, reading education and teaching magazines, constantly broadening the knowledge and injecting fresh blood into the teaching content. Learn new teaching methods and new teaching models, and pay attention to cultivating a variety of hobbies.

In addition, attention should be paid to the integration of subjects in teaching, so that students can acquire knowledge and cultivate their abilities from different angles and in different ways.

The summary of Chinese teaching in grade three has been given, and I hope everyone will pay more attention to it. If there are good places to adopt, you can abandon what you feel is not suitable for you. The ultimate and final goal is to achieve excellent results in Chinese.

Summary of improving the teaching quality of junior high school education 3 pages. Firstly, the problems existing in teaching were investigated:

1, business leaders self-portrait, realizing that their own experience is shallow and teaching guidance is not in place, resulting in low teaching quality and slow improvement. In today's curriculum reform, as an enterprise principal, we should not only have a correct educational concept, a spirit of being realistic and dedicated, but also have extensive knowledge, a brand-new educational concept and a bold sense of reform, as well as the management art of combining macro-control with micro-guidance, which is exactly what we lack.

2. The overall quality of teachers is not high. Among young teachers, there are fewer and fewer graduates from normal colleges and universities, and their knowledge is insufficient, which is manifested in the inability to grasp the key points in preparing lessons, the inability to cope with what is produced in the classroom, the limited extension of knowledge and the difficulty in expanding. More importantly, they occasionally make some intellectual mistakes.

3. The atmosphere of teaching and research is not strong, one of the reasons is the lack of sufficient understanding of research; Secondly, there are few parallel classes in the year group (for example, there are only two classes in each year group from one to three years, one is the experimental class and the other is the ordinary class), which is not conducive to discussion.

4. The incentive mechanism is not perfect, and there is a lack of material rewards and spiritual encouragement for teachers who have made outstanding achievements, which affects the enthusiasm of teachers.

A considerable number of students' families are poor, and their parents' cultural quality is low and their ideas are backward, which directly affects the next generation. Some of their children feel inferior and lazy, others are irritable and unruly. They don't have lofty ideals and don't like learning. Most parents are constrained by economic conditions and seldom buy extracurricular reading materials for their students, let alone study online, which limits their reading horizons. Even if teachers redouble their efforts, it is difficult to greatly improve their teaching performance. Chinese education

Second, the rectification measures

(1) Cancel the experimental class. The original three rhyming classes and four math experimental classes have all been changed into ordinary classes. Starting from this autumn, the whole school will use the standard experimental teaching materials of compulsory education curriculum. This is not only convenient for assessment and management, but also convenient for teaching research among teachers.

(2) Run parent schools well, improve parents' awareness and ideological quality through parent-teacher conferences and lectures, create a good learning and living environment for students, and let parents and schools shoulder the responsibility of education together. In the future, a large-scale parent-teacher conference will be held every semester, and the class teacher will make at least one home visit or telephone visit to the students in the class every semester to promote the combination of home and school, and Qi Xin will work together to gradually improve.

(3) Establish an incentive mechanism. The school has worked out a method for rewarding educational and teaching achievements, and a special person is responsible for assessing teaching achievements and teaching and scientific research achievements. In the future, the school will set aside 5,000 yuan as an award fund every year to commend and reward outstanding collectives (groups or research groups) and individuals in order to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers.

Summary of improving the teaching quality of junior high school education 4. In order to establish a teaching quality system that meets the requirements of quality education, promote the school to fully implement the educational policy in teaching activities, face all students, improve students' comprehensive quality, and thus comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching, the teaching and research section of Liandu Education Bureau has formulated Music, Art, Physical Education, Information Technology, Morality and Social Science for Primary Schools in March, and conducted a sampling test on the fifth-grade music and fourth-grade art subjects in the above subjects on June 9. The sampling test analysis of the quality of music teaching in primary schools is as follows:

First, the purpose of sampling:

The purpose of this sampling test is to understand the teaching situation of music in urban primary schools by testing the learning situation of some students in 1 1 urban primary schools, strengthen the teaching norms of the new courses in the above disciplines and improve the teaching quality.

Second, the sampling object:

The schools sampled this time are 1 1 primary schools: Weishan Primary School, Zhongshan Primary School, Meishan Primary School, Chengbei Primary School, Dayang Road School, Liuying Primary School, Liandu Primary School, Shuidong Primary School, Liandu Foreign Language School, Tianning Primary School and Nanming Primary School. Music is a student in Class One, Grade Five. On the day of sampling test, visiting teaching and research staff and invigilators will draw class signatures.

III. Sampling contents and methods:

According to the teaching goal of the first volume of music in the fifth grade of primary school, the assessment contents of this sampling test are: the basic knowledge and listening of music test (written test, 30 points); "Singing ability" test (oral test, 70 points). Through written and oral tests, we can understand and test students' music learning in the new curriculum practice, such as singing habits, singing ability, mastery of basic music knowledge, and accumulation of music-related culture.

1, the test of "Basic Knowledge of Music and Listening" adopts the form of "students writing while listening to music". The test questions are multiple-choice questions, fill-in-the-blank questions and connection questions. Because it is the first time, the examination paper is not difficult.

2. The "singing ability test" is guided by the music teacher of the sampling class to perform singing performances, which are divided into whole class singing, group singing, boys singing and girls singing. On-site videos are conducted by schools, and sent to the district teaching and research section after sampling test. The teaching and research section will sort out and watch the videos of schools for grading. The judges are all music teachers in various schools, striving for fairness and justice.

Four, sampling test results:

Performance evaluation is divided into four grades: excellent, good, qualified and unqualified, with excellent score of 85 or above and good score of 84-70; Qualified 69-60 points; Unqualified 60 points or less. After conversion, the annual appraisal is excellent weight 1, good weight 0.85, qualified weight 0.7 and unqualified weight 0.5.

Among the 1 1 urban primary schools sampled this time, there are three schools with "excellent" music performance, namely: Zhongshan Primary School, Weishan Primary School and Dayang Road School; There are 5 schools with "good" grades; Three schools were awarded "qualified" grades. Generally speaking, the scores are normally distributed, and all the school scores are qualified, which shows that the quality of music teaching in primary schools in our district is basically good.

V. Sampling analysis:

This sampling survey shows that the "gap" between schools' music teaching hardware facilities is narrowing, while the quality of music education between schools is extremely unbalanced, which is manifested in the widening gap between schools in the old city and surrounding urban areas, and the widening gap between full-time and part-time teachers' teaching quality. Especially full-time teachers and part-time teachers, they have great differences in teaching concepts, teaching models and teaching methods. Some schools have been taught by full-time teachers, while others are taught by part-time teachers. Only before the sampling test, full-time teachers temporarily tutor the sampling test results, which leads to a certain distance between the sampling test results of various schools.

1, singing:

The tenth semester goal of primary school music clearly requires: continue to develop correct singing posture and breathing methods, and use them correctly and freely in singing practice; Willing to actively participate in various singing activities, able to solo or participate in chorus and two-part chorus, with natural voice, accurate rhythm and beautiful timbre; Can naturally use various forms of singing (solo, chorus, chorus, etc.). ) make singing more stereoscopic, full and expressive, and gain aesthetic feeling in the experience and imagination of singing. Among the sampled schools, the students from Zhongshan Primary School, Weishan Primary School and Dayang Road School are outstanding in their well-trained singing habits, correct vocal methods and good musical expression ability, which reflects the solid and effective daily teaching. In five "good" schools, students can sing along with the accompaniment of the accompaniment tape or the teacher. The rhythm and intonation are basically accurate, but the collective singing with the piano is better, but the performance in the collective singing is not good enough. Some students have the phenomenon of "shouting" and lack the expressive force of music and the aesthetic feeling of sound. In the three "qualified" schools, there are some problems in students' singing, such as inaccurate intonation, unstable rhythm, and inaccurate voices of some students. There are phenomena of "reading songs, shouting songs and yelling songs", which lack the expressive force and aesthetic feeling of music.

2. Music appreciation:

The tenth semester goal of primary school music requires students to listen to music, experience the characteristics of music style and genre, and develop association and imagination from the changes of themes, dynamics and timbre of different instruments; Be able to listen to and distinguish the music genres and forms involved in the textbook; By listening to all kinds of music involved in the textbook, we can accurately identify the timbre, types and names of musical instruments; Feel and experience the musical style and charm of Beijing opera in the opera in the treasure house of China national folk art, and further stimulate the love of national folk music; Be able to hum the theme songs of 3-5 pieces of music (songs) you have enjoyed this semester, and tell the names and composers of the songs. In the sampled schools, some students have a good grasp of the basic elements of music, such as speed, intensity, pitch and mood, and have a certain ability to capture and remember music themes and music images. However, in some schools, a large number of students, especially in classes without full-time teachers, have weak ability to appreciate music. For example, in the schools whose sampling test results are "qualified", the unqualified rates of "music knowledge and listening ability" tests are 33%, 28% and 22.8% respectively.

3, music knowledge:

The tenth semester goal of primary school music requires learning, feeling and understanding syncopation in music practice; Learn another syncopation form by singing to better express different styles of music; With the knowledge of the learned music scores, we can solfeggio simple music scores with the names of the volumes, or we can solfeggio some learned music scores smoothly and accurately with the names of the volumes. Can feel the rhythm and rhythm of the second, third and fourth beats. According to the sampling survey, there is a big gap between the sampled students, and good students master it well, but some school students can't respond to syncopation rhythm, roll call and music with different beats in time, which reflects the lack of explanation and practice of basic music knowledge in daily teaching.

4, instrumental music into the classroom:

Classroom instrumental music teaching can start from the second semester of senior two, or musical instruments can enter the classroom from the third year of senior three, which is not taken as the sampling content this time. However, it is gratifying that Zhongshan Primary School has carried out orderly classroom musical instrument learning, and students can skillfully play a complete tune with the organ, and their playing posture and hand shape are also relatively standardized.

Thoughts and suggestions on intransitive verbs;

Through this sampling test, we are glad to see that leaders and teachers in many schools pay more attention to the education and teaching of music, art and other disciplines, the implementation of teaching plans and discipline teaching norms is obviously strict, the allocation of teachers and the use of full-time teachers are obviously improved, the misappropriation of music, art and other courses is obviously reduced, and many music teachers have enhanced their sense of responsibility and their understanding of the teaching quality of this discipline is obviously improved. ...

1, further change ideas and raise awareness. Music art education should not only change teachers' ideas, but more importantly, guide them to raise their awareness, stop treating music art as a minor course, attach importance to art education, guide students to learn music art and other disciplines well through education, and stimulate their interest and love for art. I hope school leaders can also give music art teachers more accurate evaluation and encouragement.

2, fully staffed with full-time teachers, and strive to be full-time. If there are not enough full-time teachers, the curriculum arrangement of part-time teachers should be relatively concentrated. It is suggested that the school establish a reasonable system of preparing lessons, evaluating and supervising part-time teachers; Small-scale schools should try to set up a principal in charge of music, art and other disciplines, and carry out school-based teaching and research activities in line with the school situation.

3. The school will arrange special classrooms for music, beauty and other subjects as far as possible when the school building allows. Although some schools have special classrooms, desks, computers, audio equipment, tape recorders, rear projection and so on. Are the most dilapidated schools. ) to configure teaching equipment and equipment with relatively good quality. Music teachers should make good use of these teaching tools and equipment to effectively improve the teaching quality.

4. Music teachers should seriously study the curriculum standards, master the teaching objectives of each year and volume, and carry out music teaching in a solid way; Explore hard, do a good job in the implementation of teaching routines, and cultivate students to develop good study habits; We should take students as the main body, proceed from the reality of students, and pay attention to students mastering basic knowledge and skills in relaxed and lively activities; It is necessary to adjust teaching methods and means in time and design effective teaching activities so that students can fully experience the joy of learning.

5. Pay attention to the growth of part-time teachers. Most part-time teachers have insufficient subjective understanding of music teaching, mainly as follows:

(1) thinks that it is enough to teach the main course well, and the music class is only incidental. When the teaching task of the main course cannot be completed, music class becomes the first choice for misappropriation and lacks the sense of responsibility for music teaching.

(2) It is considered that music lessons have nothing to do with the entrance examination, whether to prepare lessons according to the teaching materials or not, and teaching is extremely arbitrary.

(3) Because they are not good at music professional skills, they can't get effective training for a long time. They think music teaching is extremely difficult and boring, and they lack initiative in music teaching. Here, it is suggested that part-time music teachers should know more about the new curriculum teaching concept and strengthen their own music literacy and skills.

All proofreaders should provide them with more opportunities to learn and watch part-time music teachers. Although it is a part-time job, it cannot be ignored. Part-time teachers should also pay attention to themselves and clarify their responsibilities. Every student should enjoy the same wonderful music class; Every music teacher should also revel in the music lessons he teaches. Let's really pay attention to the growth of part-time teachers and explore an effective way to comprehensively balance and improve the quality of music teaching.

6. In the song teaching of music teaching, we should insist on guiding students with correct vocal methods and good singing habits, cultivate students' ability to distinguish beautiful natural sounds, cultivate good concepts of pitch and rhythm, and protect their own voices from being shouted out. In chorus teaching, we should pay special attention to the cultivation of students' listening ability, pay attention to the harmony of voices, cultivate students' keen listening and discriminating ability, and teach students the names of singing forms. Music appreciation teaching should pay attention to students' music expression, that is, to express their experience and understanding of music in various forms (language description, body rhythm, melody lines, etc.). ), and learn to appreciate, love and understand music in expression.

The basic theory of music required by the textbook must be combined with daily singing and appreciation teaching. For example, when learning to sing, students can listen to distinguish whether they are disyllabic or trisyllabic, so that they can consciously follow the rhythm of music and form a good habit of listening to music and playing rhythm; The understanding of notes and rests should be explained in combination with specific songs. When you encounter old knowledge again, you should review and consolidate it frequently, so that students can really understand and use it. The ability to appreciate the songs you have learned needs to be further strengthened, and more attention should be paid to the understanding, grasping and analysis of music in middle and senior grades. The mastery of music theory knowledge should pay attention to the word "solid", the creation and arrangement of song melody and lyrics, and tap the creative potential of students.

7. Conditional schools should try to let instrumental music into the classroom. The Music Curriculum Standard for Full-time Compulsory Education points out that instrumental music performance plays a very important role in stimulating students' interest in learning music and improving their ability to understand, express and create music. At present, some urban primary schools and a few rural primary schools in Liandu have been effectively carried out, and the teaching effect is obvious.

Summary of improving the teaching quality of junior high school education 5 pages. Today's educational reform is developing towards quality education, and whether the teaching of various subjects is conducive to improving students' quality must be considered. Needless to say, Chinese teaching should also pay attention to improving students' quality in all aspects, so the quality of Chinese teaching in primary schools must also be monitored from "improving students' quality in all aspects".

First, the monitoring of "moral education" in teaching.

Ideological and political quality is the most important quality. It is the ultimate goal of our education to continuously strengthen the ideological quality education of students' patriotism, collectivism and socialist thought, put "moral education" in the first place, and train socialist builders and successors. In addition, our Chinese subject is rich in content, suitable for ideological and political education, reflecting the new trend of socialism, praising the revolutionary martyrs with touching stories, and reflecting the diligence and kindness of the people ... all of these illustrate the necessity and possibility of ideological and quality education. Therefore, "moral education" is an aspect of monitoring the quality of Chinese teaching in primary schools.

1, the test of teaching quality must have the content of "moral education". The content of life outlook, values and learning quality involved in teaching is linked with the age characteristics and cognitive characteristics of students, and the test content is designed. For example, judge right or wrong, or ask students to briefly explain their own views, opinions and other forms of questioning, integrate the characteristics of ideological and moral courses into the main subject of Chinese, and test the implementation of Chinese teaching in students' "moral education".

2. Ideological education permeated in teaching should be related to students' usual words and deeds. For example, language politeness and behavioral norms should not be attributed to the class teacher's moral comments, but should also be included in Chinese teaching. Look at the influence of Chinese teaching on students' ideological quality, and regard it as a part of examining teaching quality.

Second, the monitoring of "intellectual education" in teaching.

If "moral education" monitoring is important in teaching, then "intellectual education" monitoring should be the main one. But the "intelligence" here can't just be understood as knowledge, but should also be viewed from the aspects of intelligence and knowledge. In the past, exam-oriented education focused more on knowledge and neglected other aspects, so its monitoring of teaching quality was not comprehensive.

Although people's intelligence has its level, it is not static and can be improved through certain training. Our teaching should contribute to the cultivation of students' intelligence, so our teaching quality should be monitored from the aspect of intelligence.

For example, students' memory, the method, speed and capacity of memory that should be trained in teaching; Students' observation ability should not only be able to understand, but also be good at grasping characteristics and finding problems; Thinking ability is more training in teaching, which is generally related to answering questions, analyzing questions and making sentences. It is the main carrier for students to accept and reflect teaching, and it is necessary to cultivate the correctness and flexibility of students' thinking in training. In addition, there is imagination and judgment. In view of these intelligence factors, we must train and cultivate in teaching, and adopt certain channels for testing and comprehensive evaluation, so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring teaching quality with "intelligence".

The second is "knowledge" monitoring. Teaching should impart knowledge to students. In the past teaching, this aspect has been noticed, but many of them only let students recite and remember according to the contents of textbooks. It's good to master the knowledge in textbooks, and it's right to teach by the book, and the measurement of students' knowledge is relatively narrow. I have seen such an example: it was a Chinese exam in senior two, and I chose words to fill in the blanks: the sky is. The answers are: blue, gray, green and white. The standard answer is "blue" and the explanation comes from the text. People can't help asking, why isn't the sky "gray"? This will kill students' knowledge. Now we advocate quality education, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't test the knowledge in books. In order to monitor the teaching quality, we should test students' flexibility, understanding and application of knowledge.

Third, the monitoring of "aesthetic education" in teaching.

There are many places that embody "aesthetic education" in primary school Chinese, such as the description of the great rivers and mountains of the motherland, the beauty and loveliness of flowers, birds, insects and fish arranged in textbooks; Show the Excellence of revolutionary martyrs' quality and the beauty of people's hearts; And the artistic beauty of the language itself. All these have the characteristics of cultivating students' aesthetic taste, and the application of intuitive teaching in teaching is helpful to cultivate aesthetic ability. Such as the application of audio-visual teaching, showing pictures, feeling the sound, and letting students be in the scene; It can also make teaching go out of the classroom and cultivate students' minds in the actual living space. Teachers should pay attention to the art of language in teaching, which is humorous and interesting and students are willing to accept it; When analyzing the text content, pay attention to the vividness, vividness and accuracy of the sentences in the article. The teaching quality monitoring of "aesthetic education" can be comprehensively analyzed and objectively evaluated according to students' appearance, words and deeds, beauty and ugliness, good and evil.

Fourth, the monitoring of "labor education" in teaching.

The term "reeducation through labor" here refers to the monitoring of certain abilities of students. Our teaching should not only make students master knowledge, but also pay attention to the cultivation of ability, and the ability to be cultivated often needs the help of hands, mouths and other organs. We can't help calling these aspects of training "labor education". The specific performance is as follows:

1, the ability to use reference books and find information. Looking up the dictionary is the most common thing for primary school students. Training and monitoring are essential in teaching, such as the correctness of dictionary lookup, the speed and use of dictionary lookup in learning. In addition, letting students go to the library to look up information, or find answers to questions, or collect information is to cultivate students' ability. An American fourth-grade elementary school student's Chinese open-book exam is to write an article about his native country. It's absurd for a child of 10 to complete a "project" that even adults can't complete, but it's such an absurd topic that a China student who moved to the United States for only one year has to write a booklet of more than 20 pages, from the Yellow River to hieroglyphics, from the Silk Road to the five-star red flag, which is magnificent and amazing. He is not a god, but he has learned to use it. It can be seen that such "labor" is helpful to improve students' knowledge and ability.

2. The training of students' writing ability is also "labor". Many teachers only let students master knowledge and neglect the cultivation of writing ability in teaching, especially in senior grades, which occupy all writing classes. Teachers have requirements for writing Chinese characters well in their homework, but they have little guidance on how to write Chinese characters well. Therefore, in the case of comprehensive monitoring of teaching quality, we should give guidance from the aspects of correctness, quality and speed of writing.

3. Monitor students' reading ability and speaking ability. In teaching, most teachers have been trained in reading and speaking, but they seldom use certain forms and methods to measure and record the situation, and they lack a systematic understanding of their own ability progress and make progress at will. Therefore, in the monitoring of teaching quality, students' reading, speaking correctness, fluency, feelings and so on are monitored regularly. In addition, the role-playing in this paper is a comprehensive performance of various senses, which should also be monitored.

In the vertical factors of teaching quality, the above aspects are integrated. In the case of monitoring all aspects, the teaching quality can be objectively and fairly evaluated according to a certain score or grade, so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensively monitoring the teaching quality.
