Data analysis questions are long and contain many information points. However, the examination room is like a battlefield, and every second in the examination room is precious. If intensive reading in every field is a waste of time, it is unnecessary. Therefore, it is very important to read the full text quickly and mark the key words for the later intensive reading and answer selection. Specifically, when reading the material information, you can mark the title, place, time, which units and departments of specific events, and key terms. The notes at the bottom of the written materials or charts must pay special attention to us. Between paragraphs of comprehensive materials, the data have cross-referenced related words, which should also be emphasized.
Second, distinguish professional terms and master relevant formulas.
There are many technical terms in data analysis questions, and many of them are very similar, which easily leads to confusion of candidates' concepts, so some candidates will lose points because they are not clear about the concept meaning, and they will also be unable to list calculation formulas because of the confusion of concepts during the examination. Therefore, it is suggested that the majority of candidates must memorize some high-frequency concepts and commonly used examination modes when preparing for the exam.
Third, master the questioning skills.
In the data analysis section, there are the following types:
1. Read the material quickly and judge the answer immediately. Some can be found directly in the text.
2. According to the key terms, substitute them into the formula for calculation.
3. For some questions, read the whole material quickly, analyze and process the relevant data, and get the correct answer through calculation. In order to save time, we can round off the calculation results of some questions and choose the most similar answer.
Fourth, about the skills of calculation.
Because this part of the calculation data is more complex, the calculation with a percentage sign will involve the decimal part, so you can use the first and last digits method (the first and last digits of the calculation result), the characteristic digits method (to simplify the calculation, convert the percentage into components), the parity comparison method, and the dislocation addition and subtraction method to estimate the result.
