It can be roughly divided into four values: excavation earthwork, backfill earthwork, pipe wrapped concrete and reverse earthwork.
Calculation of earthwork excavation:
Earthwork excavation = trench excavation area × excavation length
Trench area of excavated pipeline = (ground trench width+trench bottom trench width) × trench depth /2.
In addition, if there is a workload of broken pavement, don't forget to subtract the volume of broken pavement. The broken road surface of communication engineering is divided into 150mm or less and 250mm or less. Because the artificial quantity of the broken road surface earthwork has been given in the broken road sub-heading, when calculating the earthwork quantity of pipe trench excavation, if there is a broken road sub-heading, the earthwork quantity of pipe trench excavation is not calculated.
Calculation of backfill earthwork:
Backfill earthwork quantity = excavation earthwork quantity-pipeline concrete quantity-pipeline foundation quantity.
Calculation of concrete wrapped in pipeline;
The amount of concrete encapsulated in the pipeline = the total volume of pipeline encapsulation-the volume of pipe hole.
Take a two-hole double-wall corrugated pipe with a height of 190mm, a width of 380mm and an outer diameter of φ 1 10 as an example:
2-hole double-wall corrugated pipe, external diameter φ 1 10, pipe hole radius 55mm, according to the calculation formula of circular area.
1 area of double-walled corrugated pipe with holes =3. 14×(55mm)? 0? 5=0.0094985m? 0? 5≈0.0095 m? 0? five
2-hole double-wall corrugated pipe area =0.0095 m? 0? 5×2=0.0 19 m? 0? five
Total area of pipeline package = 190mm×380mm=0.0722 m? 0? five
Condensation area of pipeline package =0.0722 m? 0? 5-0.019 m? 0? 5=0.0532 m? 0? five
The amount of concrete encapsulated in the pipeline =0.0532 m? 0? 5× 100m=5.32m? 0? six
Pipeline foundation volume = foundation height × foundation width × foundation length
Calculation of earthwork quantity in reverse transportation;
Reverse transportation earthwork = excavation earthwork-backfill earthwork.
