In my teaching post, I put my love for students first. With this mentality, teachers and students can be in a harmonious state, and many things will be solved. As long as they are my students, I will treat them equally regardless of their grades. I give more care and help to those lonely students. This kind of love is a correct guide to the formation of students' thoughts and a real concern for students' lives. I insist on getting along with students on an equal footing, encourage them to express their ideas, and strive to form the habit of communication between teachers and students. People's feelings are mutual, and teachers' sincere students can also feel it. I firmly believe that students can only take the initiative to accept your education if they accept you.
2. Careful, patient and sincere are the basis of doing a good job.
Educating students is not a one-off event, but a long-term task that requires enough patience. In my usual work, I carefully observe students and communicate with them frankly and promptly when I find their mistakes. We should start from a small place, patiently help them correct their humble bad habits, and let him actively cooperate with the teacher to complete the teaching task.
3. Strict requirements and effective measures are the guarantee of doing a good job.
"Strictness is love, and looseness is harm". While caring for students, we must not forget the strict requirements for them. At first, the class health work has been ineffective. In view of this situation, I re-established the duty watch, divided the work among individuals, defined everyone's daily tasks, and set up team leaders in each group to praise and reward those who cleaned well in time, and also provided corresponding remedial measures for those who did not complete the tasks. Clear rewards and punishments have greatly improved students' enthusiasm for work.
It is not enough to do a good job in teaching and educating people, but also to study hard and teach scientifically. Since I joined the work, I have always adhered to the Party's Four Cardinal Principles, implemented the Party's educational principles and policies in the new period, earnestly studied the spirit of the 17th Party Congress, and strived to cultivate students' innovative ability and teach and educate people. Educational activities have their objective laws, and the correct use of teaching laws can improve teachers' work efficiency. The core of this law is scientific and effective educational means and methods. In recent years, education has been advocating reform and encouraging innovation. Under the guidance of this teaching concept, I also try to find a suitable teaching method. In order to arouse students' enthusiasm in class, give full play to students' dominant position and improve classroom teaching efficiency, I have taken the following measures and methods:
1, firmly grasp the "reading" link, so that the classroom of Chinese teaching is full of reading sounds.
"Reading a book a hundred times is self-evident" refers to the effect of "reading". In class, I concentrate on reading and pay attention to the ways and methods of reading. I divide reading into individual reading, group reading, group reading, competition reading and competition reading. Among them, students' favorite is the competition "reading", which is a powerful competition mechanism and improves students' enthusiasm for participation.
2. Pay attention to the art of asking questions in class, introduce competition mechanism, and let students think positively in class.
Asking questions is an art, and teachers will keep asking questions in class. If the teacher's questions are too big, too wide and too difficult, it will be difficult to arouse the sparks of students' thinking. In order to solve this problem, I have made serious preparations before each class, and I have all the questions I want to ask in class. When I ask students to answer questions, I will ask different questions according to everyone's different situation. Asking reasonable questions to each student will make it easier for students to accept and arouse the enthusiasm of each student, and the effect of class will naturally go up.
3. Explore new teaching methods and new topics to improve students' Chinese quality in an all-round way.
The instrumental characteristics of Chinese class determine that this subject can not be learned by rote. It reflects not how much Chinese knowledge you know, but the all-round improvement of Chinese literacy. It may seem profound to tell primary school students this, but our teacher should integrate this requirement into the usual teaching, so that students can get a subtle influence. It is not enough to cultivate and improve the ability of "listening, speaking, reading and writing" only by Chinese classroom teaching. Driven by this teaching concept, I constantly explore and try new teaching methods and new class types. In one semester, I often hold reading competitions, endorsement competitions, typo search competitions, idioms solitaire competitions and so on. The development of these lively and interesting classes is not only a useful supplement to the classroom teaching content, but also stimulates students' love for Chinese, making them "love learning" and "enjoy learning" about the subject of Chinese. At the same time, their language ability and language literacy have also been improved in a relaxed and lively atmosphere.
4. While teaching science, we should constantly improve ourselves.
In this era of knowledge explosion, only by constantly expanding our knowledge and improving our professional level can we keep up with the rhythm of the times. So no matter how busy I am at work, I insist on studying textbooks and reading a lot of reference books. While working, I don't forget to improve my theoretical level. In terms of public knowledge, I have made great achievements in computer and Putonghua. The thesis "Multimedia Optimization and Modernization of Chinese Teaching" won the second prize of Zhenjiang Modern Educational Technology Paper Appraisal. In March, 2008, he participated in the examination of technical titles of computer specialty in Jiangsu Province, and passed the examination.
Education is an arduous task, and it is not easy to do it well. But I believe that as long as you love your job and work hard, you will get something. "Come with a heart, not a blade of grass."
