The manufacturing method of the simple roller coaster for grade three includes the following steps:

1, stand by. Practice building each track section before trying to build the whole roller coaster. You can print out this template and cut it out, or draw your own pattern with a pencil and ruler according to the instructions.

2. Build a straight line: cut a piece of paper 7.5 cm wide. Draw two parallel lines and divide them into three 2.5 cm wide strips. Fold both sides up 90 degrees along these lines to form a wall.

3. Build a circle or a mountain: cut a piece of paper 7.5 cm wide. Draw two parallel lines and divide them into three 2.5 cm wide strips. Make a mark every 2.5 cm along the long edge of the paper. Cut 2.5 cm inward from these marks to form labels. Fold the label up 90 degrees. Bend the track into the shape you want, and then stick the labels together and fix them in place.

4. To create a curve: cut a piece of paper 7.5 cm wide. Draw two parallel lines and divide them into three 2.5 cm wide strips. Make a mark every 2.5 cm along a long edge of the paper. Cut 5 cm from these marks. Fold the uncut side of the paper 90 degrees to form a wall. Fold the label on the other side to form another wall. Since the bottom of the track is cut into segments, you can bend it horizontally to form a curve. Stick the labels together and fix the curve.

5. Make a pillar: cut a note 6.25 cm wide. Draw four parallel lines and divide them into five strips1.25cm (0.5in) wide. Cut 2.5 centimeters along these lines from one side. Fold along the line to form a square (so that the two parts overlap) and fix it in place with tape. Fold the label you cut at the end outward. So you can put the label flat on a piece of cardboard, so that your column can stand upright.

6. At the beginning of construction: Please plan a design for your roller coaster. Draw your design on paper. Find out how much support and follow-up you need. Be sure to start from the top of the mountain. Use a piece of cardboard as the foundation and assemble your track according to your plan. Connect the track segments end to end. Put the object (ball) on the top of the track and let it go. Observe carefully.
