It was learned from the press conference of "20 10 Higher Education Club Cup National Mathematical Modeling Competition" held by South China University of Technology that1726/kloc-from 33 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in the Mainland (including Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions), Singapore and Australia193 universities. Among them, City University of Hong Kong and Open University sent 23 teams.

Relevant persons of the Organizing Committee said that the number of teams participating in this competition reached 1726 1 team, an increase of about 15% compared with last year. This year, all mainland provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions participated in the competition, which attracted two universities from Singapore and Australia for the first time. Among them, two schools in Hong Kong sent 23 teams with 69 people, while one team from Macao participated in the competition. As one of the main participating units in previous mathematical modeling competitions, Guangdong Province sent 68 universities and 858 teams to participate this year, covering almost all undergraduate colleges and most junior colleges in Guangdong.
