In order to further strengthen the commercial work force in Quzhou City, broaden the channels for selecting and employing people, optimize the overall structure of cadres, and establish and improve the cadre training and selection mechanism, with the consent of the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce decided to openly select and transfer two staff members of directly affiliated institutions within the city in 20 17 (see the attached table 1 for the specific selection plan). Second, the scope of choice

The staff of Quzhou Bulk Cement Office are civil servants in Quzhou administrative organs (including township organs) and institutions managed according to the Civil Service Law (except newly recruited civil servants who have not completed their probation period and township civil servants who have not completed their service years).

Third, the selection conditions

3. Qualification examination. 5. Interview. After the written test, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce will draw the lowest score line and report it to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval, and then determine the interview candidates from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:3. The finalists participate in the interview according to the actual number. The interview is conducted in the form of structured interview, which mainly tests the comprehensive ability and quality, personality characteristics and post (post) adaptability of candidates. The interview score is 100, and the qualified interview score is 60 points.

6. Organize inspection. After the interview, 40% of the written test scores and 60% of the interview scores are combined into a percentile total score (the total test score is calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off), and the candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:2 (if the candidates' total test scores are the same, the candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the written test scores). 7. Organize physical examination.

(1) After the inspection, through collective discussion by the Party Group of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the candidates for physical examination were determined according to the ratio of 1: 1, and the physical examination was organized by the Municipal Bureau of Commerce under the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision personnel.
