Teacher Ji is full of passion for the interpretation of the speech and puts forward his own unique views. Teacher Ji's precise and meticulous lectures greatly mobilized the atmosphere of the venue, which made the participating teachers discuss enthusiastically and benefited us new teachers a lot.
Finally, our teacher, He Liming, gave a lecture on "Sorting out the thinking methods of mathematics in primary schools". He Laoshi teaches ideas with "first-class teachers; Second-rate teachers' teaching methods; The proposition that "third-rate teachers teach knowledge" has aroused our thinking. Based on the practical research experience of classroom teaching and the current teachers, she explored how to infiltrate the ideas of combination of numbers and shapes, transformation, symbolization, set, correspondence, equivalent replacement, induction, statistics and classification in teaching. He Laoshi put forward his own unique views on how to implement it in teaching practice. He thinks that when preparing lessons, we should study and deal with the text with a full head of mathematical thinking methods and ask more why. He Laoshi's lectures can be summarized with clear thinking. Listening to He Laoshi's lectures can be said to be better than reading for ten years.

In order to improve the educational theory level and teaching professional ability of new teachers in our school, our school decided to carry out a three-week XX-year new teacher training after research by the school's educational administration department. The training contents include teachers' professional ethics, training center related systems, training safety requirements, classroom teaching implementation, and school personnel management related systems.
