Organize the study of subject periodicals, understand the information of teaching, scientific research and reform, so that the good students can make good research and good teaching and become the knowledge of the whole group. Not only that, we also pay attention to guiding practice with theory and writing papers seriously. Thesis writing is the weakness of our group, so strengthening the training of thesis writing has become an important topic of our group. This semester, five teachers from our school, Fan and others won the second and third prizes in the "Shi Tao Cup" composition contest.
Second, actively participate in and carry out teaching and research activities.
Each of our math teachers is a practitioner in the classroom. In order to ensure the implementation of the new curriculum standards, we regard the classroom as a mathematics learning environment conducive to students' active exploration, regard students' all-round development in emotion, attitude and values while acquiring knowledge and skills as the basic guiding ideology of reform, and regard mathematics as a process of interaction and common development between teachers and students.
