How to improve the quality of primary school mathematics education
(1) Learn, understand and master the teaching materials before class. The purpose of learning textbooks is not to understand the content of textbooks, but to make good use of them; At the same time, we should study students, because teaching is a process of bilateral activities between teachers and students. That is, when teachers consider how to "teach", they should also consider what problems students will have in the process of learning, what the trend of thinking will be, and how to "learn" is the most effective. (2) The classroom should be geared to all students, so that every student can participate in the whole learning activity. At the same time, we should pay attention to the development of students' personality, which is the premise of improving teaching quality in a large area. After all, personality differences exist, so in class, we should "not cap, guarantee the bottom." In teaching, according to the actual situation of our class, when asking students to answer questions, I should ask the right person, which is both universal and targeted. For students of different levels, the problems should be different. According to different people's questions, we should ask questions with moderate difficulty, and gradually cultivate their interest and ability to answer questions. In short, in the teaching process, we should fully mobilize students' enthusiasm, create a good problem situation and learning atmosphere, and let students actively participate in the whole teaching process. (3) Patience counseling after class. In classroom teaching, due to the contradiction between individual differences of students in the same class and unified teaching requirements, there are always some students who are relatively backward in learning and find it difficult to learn. We call them "students with learning difficulties". The existence of students with learning difficulties is a realistic problem. If not handled well, they will become more and more difficult to learn with the growth of grade, which will lead to worse and worse academic performance and have a great impact on the overall level of a class. Therefore, it is necessary to increase their counseling. However, there are certain teaching tasks in class. It is impossible for teachers to help every student with learning difficulties, so they have to do it after class. The strength of a teacher is limited, so I take two forms of counseling according to the specific situation of this class: one-on-one between teachers and students and one-on-one between students. If you find it difficult to learn and have a bad attitude towards learning, you will be tutored by a teacher; If you have a good learning attitude, people who are afraid of teachers will be tutored by excellent students. In this way, students with learning difficulties have developed, outstanding students have also been trained, and at the same time, the burden on teachers has been reduced, which has played a multiplier role. Students with learning difficulties make progress, excellent students are better, and the overall grade of the class will certainly rise.
