Johnny chambers is a gifted student of advanced mathematics. By chance, he found a strange mathematical formula, which he called "3x2(9yz)4a" (limit speed equation). Through this formula, his brain can get some four-dimensional speed, so he gets super power and runs like Flash. Inspired by the already famous Flash Jay garrick, he developed a suit of his own, named Johnny Quick, and became a crime-fighting superhero. During World War II, he joined the All-Star Squadron formed by President Roosevelt, where he met his future wife Libby Lawrence, the free Bella. After World War II, he became a lone hero, and he was not invited to join until the American Justice Association was reorganized.
