The interview procedure steps are as follows:
1. Waiting for inspection. Candidates arrive at the test center on time with their identity documents and interview admission tickets, and enter the waiting room to wait for the exam.
2. Choose a topic. Candidates enter the examination room, log in to the "interview evaluation system" according to the arrangement of the test center, and randomly select questions from the question bank through the computer (kindergarten candidates choose 1 from two randomly selected questions, while other candidates only choose 1 randomly). After the candidates confirm, the staff will print the list of questions from the computer (the candidates must sign the list of questions).
3. prepare lessons. Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation paper and test sheet, and write lesson plans (or activity demonstration schemes) according to the test sheet. Lesson preparation time is 20 minutes.
4. Answer the prescribed questions. Candidates are guided by the staff to enter the designated interview room. Candidates submit their identity documents and interview admission tickets to the examiner for verification. After verification, the examiner randomly selects 2 prescribed questions from the question bank, and the candidate's answer time does not exceed 5 minutes.
5. Trial lecture (demonstration). Candidates should give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity demonstration scheme), and the time should not exceed 10 minutes.
Step 6 reply. The examiner will ask questions around the content and test items of the candidate's trial lecture (or demonstration), and the candidate's answer will not exceed 5 minutes.
7. Score. The examiner comprehensively scores the candidates' interview performance according to the scoring standard, fills in the interview scoring form, which is signed by the team leader and submitted through the interview evaluation system.
8. Leave the venue. After the exam, after the candidates hand in the list of test questions and teaching plans (or activity demonstration scheme), the examiner returns the candidates' identity documents and interview admission tickets, and gives them a "release form", with which the candidates leave the venue.
