The responsibilities of the provincial division are: according to the requirements of the organizers and contractors, organize registration, identify registration qualifications, issue competition notices, and distribute examination questions; Accept the contest questions sent by the organizer and keep them confidential; According to the need to set up inspection room; Designate the person in charge of each examination room; Organize competitions according to the rules to ensure the order of the stadium; Collect the answers of the contest and judge the results according to the scoring standard given by the organizer.
Article 28 Penalties for Violations or Dereliction of Duty
1. In the provincial competition, if it is found that the participating students have violated the rules, the results of the participating students in that year will be cancelled and the competition will be banned for two years from the following year.
2. If a student is found to have violated the rules in the national competition, the results of the participating students in that year will be cancelled, and they will not be allowed to participate in any five subject competitions within three years from the following year.
3. The stadium staff who neglect their duties will immediately lose their invigilation qualification, and the organizer will give them informed criticism.
