I want to sleep as soon as I have math class. What should I do?
Let's just say that you are really in the same boat with me. Let me tell you this, I want to record the content of the math teacher's lecture, but not for review, but for lullaby. I don't know why the teacher's language has so much magic that it can make you feel sleepy unconsciously. Of course, this is just a joke.

Students should behave like students. We come to school not to sleep, but to learn knowledge, which is the real thing. After a long time of reflection, I found that there are two main reasons for wanting to sleep in math class. The first is external reasons. Sleeping too late at night makes me feel bad. The second is that I am not interested in learning. Because I don't understand the teacher's class, I am getting more and more sleepy.

In view of these two reasons, the following actions were taken, and later the problem of difficulty was overcome.

First, preview

I found a feature when communicating with the students in this class. Almost all students who have studied well have the habit of going home to preview, because they can have a comprehensive understanding of the next lesson when previewing, and the teacher can keep up with the ideas when giving lectures. When the brain is running fast, most people don't feel sleepy.

Second, review.

What the teacher said during the day must be reviewed at night, so that we can sort out what we said during the day and find out what we don't understand in time so that we won't miss class. Mathematics, one thing after another, will accumulate more and more tomorrow if we don't make up for it, and finally we can't understand it at all. The most important thing is that you can understand what the teacher says, so that you won't feel sleepy when you attend the course.

Third, rest.

Arrange work and rest time reasonably, combine work and rest, strive to sleep before 10:00 at night, and ensure 7 hours of sleep every day, so as to be full of energy and concentrate on learning in class.
