First, cultivate students' interest in learning
In rural primary schools, students with learning difficulties are the most prominent problem in schools, and they are also the hot issues concerned by school leaders and guidance offices. Most of the students who suffer from poor learning are left-behind children and single-parent families, and they lose the management of their parents when they grow up. As educators, we should guide students with learning difficulties to integrate into the big family of the school, feel the joy and warmth of the big family in the actual classroom teaching, thus transforming in the classroom, giving them more opportunities to express their ideas, show their ideas and experience the fun of success. I use my spare time to talk and communicate with students with learning difficulties, so that teachers can get close to the life and study of students with learning difficulties, narrow the distance between teachers and students, cultivate their feelings, encourage them and gradually eliminate their fears.
Undeniably, students with learning difficulties have poor cognitive premise and poor thinking ability. Teaching methods should be flexible, not teaching to complete tasks, but flexible. When giving lectures, we should pay attention to the steps from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult, try to reduce the learning slope, disperse the difficulties and give imitation practice opportunities. It is also necessary to strengthen basic training so that students can get timely feedback on their understanding and mastery of knowledge. The teaching speed should be suitable for the acceptance of poor students, and if necessary, slow down the camera. The teaching language should be as easy to understand and lively as possible. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen intuitive teaching and make more use of physical objects or multimedia presentations. Secondly, teachers should focus on asking questions, giving guidance and checking and evaluating students with learning difficulties in classroom teaching. When evaluating, we should find the progress and bright spots of students with learning difficulties, encourage them in time, patiently motivate them to make progress and enhance their confidence in learning. Counseling includes solving problems for students with learning difficulties and guiding them to complete their homework. Every counseling should solve one or two problems in a targeted manner to prevent randomness. In the teaching process, it is an essential link for teachers to strengthen the cultivation of mathematics learning interest.
Second, the establishment of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students
The process of mathematics learning is not only the process of reasoning and training, but also the process of emotional edification and subtle influence. Teachers' own behavior has a great influence on students' study and life. Teachers' accomplishment directly affects students' thoughts and sentiments. Psychology believes that people's emotions are related to cognitive processes, and any cognitive process is accompanied by emotions. Pupils' interest in various subjects is closely related to their learning mood. They often fail to learn a subject well instead of rationally thinking it is important, and often give up learning a subject because they don't like being teachers. This phenomenon is also found in Class Two, Grade Six. Chinese teachers have no in-depth understanding of students' lives in their usual teaching. They just concentrate on teaching. In teaching, they swore at the poor students who didn't understand. Students with learning difficulties who have poor learning ability hate Chinese and have a fear of Chinese. Establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is an important factor to ensure and promote learning, so it is especially necessary to give enthusiastic guidance, sincere help, more spiritual encouragement and more guidance on learning methods to establish their self-confidence and improve their learning ability. As the old saying goes, "Learn from your teacher and believe in your way". Students like the courses he teaches, often because they like a teacher, not because they like a course. Harmonious teacher-student relationship is a powerful driving force to mobilize students to learn mathematics well. When the relationship between teachers and students is in a very harmonious state, students will feel that math class is a kind of "happiness" and "enjoyment", so they are willing to listen to the teacher's explanation. In teaching, some students often don't understand simple questions, especially for students with learning difficulties. Teachers should control their emotions, don't show impatience, and don't satirize, criticize or blame students. Close the psychological distance between teachers and students, so as to make the teaching work go smoothly and achieve good teaching results.
Third, help students with learning difficulties to build confidence.
A person without self-confidence will lose motivation and goals. If he wants to make the students with learning difficulties interested in mathematics, he should integrate more things they are interested in into his usual teaching to attract them, so that mathematics can be closely linked with life and his confidence can be restored. Students with learning difficulties have limited learning ability, so teachers should start from the basics and aim lower. As long as there is progress, teachers should encourage them in time, even exaggerate their encouragement, so that they can feel the joy brought by a sense of accomplishment, thus improving their interest in learning and having confidence in themselves. Of course, with the continuous progress of students, the goals will also change. Praise and encourage them in time, thus greatly improving the learning enthusiasm of students with learning difficulties and enhancing their self-confidence.
Fourth, cultivate and stimulate learning motivation.
Students with learning difficulties especially need teachers' care and love. When failing, teachers should give psychological comfort in time and actively help students with learning difficulties to analyze the reasons and overcome difficulties; When they make progress, they can be encouraged and affirmed in time to let them feel the joy of success. For example, I have seen that students have made mistakes in calculating a certain question and cannot respond in a positive tone. As teachers, they should inspire students with kind words, let them feel their progress and hope, and at the same time find their mistakes and shortcomings. Students with learning difficulties are not enthusiastic about learning, often lack the consciousness and initiative of learning, often in a passive learning state and lack confidence in learning. Therefore, it is of special significance to cultivate and stimulate the learning motivation of students with learning difficulties.
Fifth, reduce the workload
Mathematics homework is mainly based on textbooks, and the amount of questions is moderate. Can be combined with students' ability, grades should be opened, not across the board. Pay attention to guiding students with learning difficulties to discover the law of solving problems and master the methods of learning and thinking. Mathematics topics are ever-changing, but the laws and types are limited. Guiding students to master the law of solving problems and guiding exercises with the law are the fundamental ways to achieve high quality and reduce workload. For example, many geometric problems, such as the volume comparison of cylinders and cones with equal bottoms and equal heights, the size comparison of angles, the length comparison of line segments and so on. Every kind of proof problem has its inherent law.
Sixth, pay attention to error analysis.
1, monitoring job completion. Homework is a timely assessment of what students have learned that day, and the teacher requires every student to hand it in. For students who often fail to finish their homework on time, they should communicate with their parents and inform them of their performance that day, and at the same time ask their parents to cooperate and urge them to finish their homework on time.
2, homework should be timely feedback. Record the completion of students' homework in detail. For excellent student works, show them as examples in class and give them praise. Encourage other students to fully compare their own shortcomings and continue to work hard. Encourage progressive students to do their homework in class, criticize and explain those students who have made many mistakes, and let them know where they are wrong. In particular, the special mistakes or most mistakes in students' homework are taken as examples for detailed analysis, and some similar questions are given for students to practice and consolidate.
The transformation of students with learning difficulties is an arduous and complicated task. Different from the general student work, every student with learning difficulties has his own reasons, and it is difficult to achieve results with ordinary teaching methods for students with learning difficulties. In this way, it is more important to transform a student with learning difficulties than to train an excellent student. Therefore, our teachers should constantly study and explore ways to transform students with learning difficulties. As long as every teacher is willing to make up his mind, he is confident to seriously find students with learning difficulties.
