What kind of training do teachers need?
Primary and secondary school teachers can teach books much better, can teach books well, and can do research well. In terms of "class", "scientific research" and "writing papers", it is indeed "doing better than speaking, and speaking better than writing", that is, "you know". In the training of some key teachers and famous teachers, educational research course is a compulsory module. Practical experience proves that educational research is not taught by the church, but will be done. Beibei Normal University adopted the training practice of "stimulating research interest, following research-oriented teachers, screening a small project, and learning research methods while doing" in the training of teachers' education and scientific research, and received good training results.

The first is to train students to discover and screen research problems. In the training of famous teachers, the college looks for and screens research problems from five aspects: curriculum standards, teaching materials, classroom observation, expert lectures and self-experience, and determines small topics.

The second is typical guidance. Learn from research-oriented teachers, such as a group of junior high school math teacher training classes, and go to Bashu Middle School to study with Yu Zhiyuan, a special-grade teacher, for two weeks to see how Mr. Yu records the confusion in teaching with teaching cases, teaching journals and teaching essays, how to skillfully combine teaching with scientific research, and how to conduct small-scale research. And then slowly began to study with those five students after learning.

The third is to learn research methods in research. Case study and literature study must run through every long class in the college. For example, in the rural junior middle school Chinese teachers' reading and writing special training class, on the basis of observing the classroom and writing lesson study reports, each group of students interprets an article with the title of "text interpretation", or interprets the whole article, or chooses a point (such as structure and technique), or pays attention to a fragment, forming a "small topic" for research, and carries out research in combination with their own teaching practice. Another example is Xiong Zhilong, a junior high school math teacher training class student and the fifteenth middle school in Fuling. He said that he is famous for teaching in the local area, and he is also a good hand at grasping the enrollment rate, but he is afraid of education and scientific research. He went to the training class, followed the shadow teacher, studied research methods, and felt that he could do research, so he unconsciously immersed himself in literature research. He commented on the guiding strategy of autonomous learning in junior high school mathematics classroom teaching and what kind of problem support teachers should provide for students' thinking inquiry-taking "product power" as an example, published in "Educational Research, Experiment and Foundation". He also presided over the research of "Five Rings and Six Steps Teaching Method", a sub-topic of the municipal project "Subject Participatory Life Classroom", and was often invited by Yangtze Normal University to give lectures. In the interview, he said with a smile, sometimes, I don't even believe the changes before and after this training.
