Is junior high school mathematics geometry?
Junior high school mathematics is not only geometry, but also divided into algebra, geometry, statistics and probability.

Algebraic part

1, Numbers and Formulas: This part includes real numbers, algebraic and factorization, fractions, quadratic roots and so on. 2. Equations (groups) and inequalities (groups): This part includes the solution and application of linear equations (groups), fractional equations and applications, quadratic equations and applications, linear inequalities (groups) and applications. 3. Functions: This part includes linear functions, inverse proportional functions and quadratic functions. Familiar with the image and nature of the function, I will use the undetermined coefficient method to find the resolution function, initially form the modeling idea, and establish the thinking mode and classification idea of combining numbers and shapes.

Geometric part

1, triangle: This part includes trigonometric functions of straight line, angle, intersecting line and parallel line, triangle and polygon, isosceles triangle and right triangle, congruent triangles, similar figure and acute angle. 2. Parallelogram: This part includes the nature and judgment of parallelogram, rectangle, diamond and square. We should be familiar with the relations and differences of several special quadrangles, and master their properties and judgment methods. 3. Circle: This part includes the related concepts and properties of the circle, the positional relationship related to the circle, and the calculation related to the circle. This chapter is an important part of junior high school geometry. 4. Graphics and transformation: This part includes ruler drawing, view and projection, symmetry, translation and rotation.

Statistics and probability

1, statistics: This part includes statistical chart, average, median, mode and variance. Ask students to obtain corresponding information through statistical charts.

2. Probability: This part includes formula method, list method and tree diagram method to find the probability of random events. Will use frequency to estimate probability.
