1953 Suihua Normal School was established in Suihua County with the approval of the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province; 197 1 Suihua regional administrative office established Suihua regional normal school on the basis of the original Suihua normal school; 1978, the State Council approved the establishment of Suihua Teachers College; In 2004, the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of Suihua College.
