China Mathematics Award

Won the China Mathematics Award.

2011114 and chinese mathematical society 20 1 10 were held in Chengdu. More than 500 mathematicians from China, including 10 academicians and many famous mathematicians, were invited to attend this grand event.

At the same time, the 10th China Prize and Award were awarded. Academician Peking University and Academician Peng Shige of Shandong University won the China Mathematics Award, and Professor Chen Yongchuan of Nankai University and Professor of Institute of Mathematics and System Science of China Academy of Sciences won the award.

The China Mathematics Award was established to commemorate Mr. Hua and inspire China mathematicians to make outstanding contributions to the development of mathematics in China. Known as the "Lifetime Achievement Award" in the field of mathematics in China. This award is mainly awarded to senior mathematicians over 50 who have made outstanding academic achievements and social contributions in China. Selection is made every two years.
