1, Du Fu (7 12 February 12-770), with beautiful words, was a great realistic poet in the Tang Dynasty, and was called "Du Li" together with Li Bai. Born in Gongxian County, Henan Province, his ancestral home is Xiangyang, Hubei Province. In order to distinguish Li Shangyin, Du Mu and Xiao Du Li, Du Fu and Li Bai are also called Da Du Li, and Du Fu is often called Lao Du.

2. Du Mu (803- 852), born in Fanchuan, Han nationality, was an outstanding poet and essayist in the Tang Dynasty. He is the author of Collected Works of Fan Chuan. His poems are famous for their seven-character quatrains, and he is good at singing history and expressing emotion.

Du Mu's Xiao Du, Du Fu's Da Du. Du Mu and Li Shangyin are collectively called "Little Du Li".

Influenced by Du Fu and Han Yu, Du Mu's classical poems are good at integrating narrative, discussion and lyricism, with rigorous style and thin sentence patterns, such as Poems of Feeling for the Heart, Poems of Du Qiuniang, Poems of Zhang, Poems of Heaping in a Village in the County, Poems of Feeling for Shu in the Snow, Poems of Sending Shen to Su, and Poems of Li Gift. Among them, prose narrative and discussion are common.

Du Mu's ancient poems were influenced by Han Yu. But sometimes he will use metaphor and image language to discuss, full of lyricism. Du Mu's ancient poems often have a different realm, simple and unpretentious, heroic and vigorous, such as "Chizhou bid farewell to Meng Chi's ancestors". In the late Tang Dynasty, the style of poetry was modest and powerless, mostly metrical poems and quatrains. Few people can write long poems. Du Mu's ancient poems were also outstanding in the middle and late Tang Dynasty. His poems, together with excellent poems known as "handsome", constitute three main aspects of his poetry creation.
