Speech by the head of primary school mathematics teaching and research group (1)

Dear leaders and teachers,

(used when meeting in the afternoon) Good afternoon.

"New Ideas, New Classrooms" This mathematics seminar of Luoshan Alliance was held in our school. On behalf of the school, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all the teachers!

As the road at the school gate is under construction, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by muddy roads and parking problems. Please forgive me too.

In any case, effective mathematics teaching and research activities are an important way for our teachers to learn from each other, communicate with each other and improve the level of education and teaching. Today, we enjoyed the wonderful lectures given by two teachers. First, please ask a little teacher named Yu Xihao in Tangxia to interpret the third grade collocation he teaches.

Teacher Yu has his own unique understanding and thinking about teaching materials. Let's welcome the teachers from Tangxia No.3 Primary School to comment.

(Supplementary)

Thank you for your wonderful comments. Today, each of our teachers is both a reader and an interpreter of textbooks. While listening to others' explanations, we can put forward our own teaching experience and teaching construction, and seriously discuss and exchange some controversial issues, thus truly realizing the sharing of resources and the creation of wisdom among teachers.

Now, please invite Luo Feng's second child, Zhu Hongjuan, to interpret his third-grade textbook Possibility.

(Supplementary)

Please comment on the four primary school teachers in Tangxia.

(Supplementary)

Thank you for your sincere and wonderful communication. Your thoughts are like the wind, and your words are like spring. Everyone's communication projects a kind of wisdom and charm. Everyone has analyzed and evaluated the class from different aspects, which is of great value for promoting our professional growth and solving problems found in teaching.

? Classroom teaching is an art with regrets? It is precisely because there will always be regrets that we will continue to make progress and grow. Realize classroom art in thinking, sublimate educational thoughts in communication, and promote professional growth in practice. Thanks again to the two teachers for giving us two wonderful math lessons today. Thank you for coming, and today's seminar is over.

The second part of the speech by the head of primary school mathematics teaching and research group

Good afternoon. It's a great honor to speak here on behalf of the six math teachers in our office. This year, with the correct deployment of school leaders and the joint efforts and struggles of all members, our teaching and research group has made some small achievements: in terms of competition, the four courses I taught won the national second prize, the provincial first prize, the municipal second prize and the district first prize respectively; The two courses taught by teacher Chen F won the second prize at the provincial level and the first prize at the school level respectively, and the school-level competition courses taught by teachers Zhou, Nie J and Feng Haiyan won the first prize respectively. Teacher Liu W 1 Second Prize in School Competition. In terms of papers, the teaching designs of three teachers, Liu W, Chen F and I, were published in provincial journals.

In addition to these, our teaching and research group has also undertaken the task of collecting, sorting out and writing the materials of the teaching and research group three times this semester.

Let me briefly review here: this semester has just started, and three teachers in the second grade mathematics group are responsible for compiling the school's "School-based Teaching and Research Compilation"? In just a few days, the teaching and research group provided 1 teaching and research group plan and summary; 2. Electronic lesson plans; Four teaching and research records, including: collective lesson preparation, seminar competition, special discussion, experience exchange and other forms and contents.

Then, when participating in the district-level excellent teaching and research group, six math teachers in the second and third grades sorted out the attachment materials of the competition into a book of more than 200 pages in just three days; The most important task is to participate in the evaluation of municipal excellent teaching and research groups. Teachers used Saturday and Sunday to compile seven attached pages, each of which was nearly 100 pages. In addition, more than a dozen original materials were provided.

Looking back on these tasks, there is a common feature, that is, time is tight and tasks are heavy. One of the biggest reasons why teachers can take on such a large workload is that they are usually good at recording the work carried out in the group in time and detail, and then collecting and sorting it out. Take the manuscript provided by the second grade group for the school to compile the book School-based Teaching and Research as an example. These eight manuscripts were selected from the previous teaching and research notebooks borrowed from Mr. Huang W, and then entered into the computer. Due to the tight time, almost all the manuscripts were typed according to the original text without any processing. If you don't record the contents of teaching and research in detail in time, I think it is still difficult to complete this task in a short time.

In addition, there are only two days to prepare the materials of the excellent teaching and research group in the city. In two days, six people will compile seven books with nearly 100 pages, including information search, printing, compilation and binding. Time is tight. Other schools that participate in the evaluation of excellent teaching and research groups with us spend more time preparing materials than we do. Some materials can be processed, but ours are genuine. For example, in the original materials we provide, there are not only detailed postscript and reflection in the teaching plan, but also classroom records and improvement measures; Each lecture in the lecture notebook has a very detailed evaluation record; There are pre-class analysis, classroom records, after-class records and improvement measures in the teaching reform record book; Business notes include self-study content, teaching reflection, meeting minutes, lectures and teaching essays. Teaching and research record book, reflection book, etc. Are very detailed records. This is inseparable from the solid daily teaching work of teachers.

The third part of the speech by the head of primary school mathematics teaching and research group

Morning:

Moderator: Good morning, leaders and teachers! In this season of melon and fruit fragrance, our primary school mathematics teaching and research group revolves around

? The effectiveness of students' active participation in inquiry? (Projection) On-site teaching and research activities will be carried out with this as the theme. Welcome the teachers present today to participate in our activities and give us guidance and help. The four classes shown in the morning are: the sixth grade "Chicken and Rabbit in the Same Cage" is taught by Teacher Yu Yang; In the fifth grade, the area of parallelogram was taught by Chen Qiong; The second grade "Observation Object" is taught by teacher Wang Wei; The third grade "Possibility" was taught by Li Tao.

Afternoon:

1, Moderator: Good afternoon, leading teachers! This morning, four teachers showed us the math teaching and research group in our school around September. The effectiveness of active participation in inquiry? Now the classroom teaching research on this topic is taught by these four teachers.

2. Moderator: The new curriculum reform is in full swing. New ideas, new ideas and new teaching methods appear frequently, teaching is bathed in the spring breeze, giving off new vitality, and some changes have taken place in the classroom, which makes us feel happy. But I have seen more, listened more and thought more, and always want to pursue perfection. Therefore, we often lament that classes are getting less and less, and classes are getting more and more scary. How to attend class? What kind of classroom is effective and efficient? There are also many such discussions. Wisdom is more beautiful in collision! Now let's have a class evaluation exchange activity. After listening to the morning class and just listening to the lectures of four teachers, everyone will definitely have a lot to say. I hope everyone can speak freely, and chat casually at one or two o'clock! We also warmly welcome the teachers at the scene to actively participate in our discussion.

3. Moderator: The teachers had a heated discussion just now. How to be a student? The effectiveness of active participation in inquiry? Let's express our opinions. Let's ask Mr. Li Xiaorong to summarize the activities of this teaching and research group.

4. Moderator: Next, on behalf of our mathematics teaching and research group, I will report to the teachers on the formulation process of the project plan.

5. Moderator: In class, read one book at a time, accumulate knowledge little by little, and understand the truth little by little. As long as our teachers have students in mind, for their development, let the classroom imitate less and innovate more; Less form, more simplicity; Less mediocrity, more wisdom; Less autocracy and more humanity make the classroom a learning hall that teachers and students yearn for. This time? The effectiveness of active participation in inquiry? Mathematics teaching and research activities, through lectures and evaluation, can let teachers know ourselves and ourselves, and also let us examine our current teaching in our own practice and in the process of learning from others. This activity has created an efficient, pragmatic and exploratory teaching and research atmosphere, and I believe our classroom will be more exciting.

6. Moderator: Next, let me listen to Teacher Mei's summary of our wonderful activities.

7. Moderator: This is the end of today's activities! Thank you for your active and enthusiastic participation.
