But econometrics requires good mathematics, and everyone who studies economics must learn it.
Also, I'm from Sun Yat-sen University. It is not easy to find a job after graduating from Sun Yat-sen University majoring in economics. Generally, they are students who want to continue their studies. I'm not sure about other schools.
