Another way to look at the problem is that after the solute with the same mass is dissolved in the solvent with the same mass, the quality of the solution is lower than that of solute+solute, and the higher the content percentage of solute, the more the quality decreases. Because of the large molecular spacing, many solvent molecules are between solute molecules, but the mass does not increase.
