Chapter 1: Summary of Math Work in Senior Two with Mental Retardation This semester, I worked as a math teacher in Senior Two and Senior Three with Mental Retardation. For a semester, I have been strict with myself and engaged in teaching with a serious and diligent attitude.
As a math teacher with more than 20 years of teaching experience, I can make plans carefully, prepare lessons carefully, teach carefully, take an active part in the school's teaching and research activities, do a good job in every class, often listen to excellent teachers' lessons, learn from them, learn from each other's strengths and improve my teaching business level. While making students master mathematics knowledge well, they also pay attention to morality-oriented, and cultivate students' mathematics ability from many aspects and angles in combination with real life. This semester, I mainly do a good job in teaching from the following aspects.
First, fully prepare before class
(1) study the textbook carefully, understand the structure, key points and difficulties of the textbook, master the logic of knowledge, and supplement the school-based textbook.
② Understand students' original knowledge base, hobbies, study habits and possible difficulties in learning new knowledge, and formulate corresponding measures.
③ Prepare practical teaching AIDS and arrange the activities in each class.
Second, carefully organize classroom teaching.
Students with mental retardation have poor mathematical learning ability. In teaching, we must closely link abstract mathematics knowledge with students' lives, create a life-like learning situation for students, and make them interested in learning mathematics. At the same time, I also pay attention to the cultivation of students' learning ability, guide students to help each other learn, and cultivate the habit of active learning. In class, I insist on people-oriented, give students the initiative to learn, tap students' potential, and let students learn independently. I will let them teach themselves. If you don't understand something, ask it, and the teacher and the students will solve it together. Let students' wisdom, ability, emotion and psychology be satisfied, students become the masters of learning, and learning becomes their needs. There are discoveries, fun and gains in learning. At the same time, I also pay attention to stimulate students' emotions, make them feel happy, create a good classroom atmosphere, and students' interest in learning mathematics has been greatly improved.
Third, patiently do after-school counseling.
To improve the quality of teaching, we should also do a good job of after-school counseling. Students with mental retardation vary greatly, and many students can't finish their homework on time. For students with poor academic performance, I patiently give individual counseling, which greatly improves their grades.
A hard work, a harvest, in the future work, I will work harder to strengthen the counseling of individual poor students, so that every child can gain something.
Chapter 2: The mentally retarded children have poor perceptual knowledge of the second grade math homework summary, poor stability, intuitive thinking, incoherent speech and poor abstract generalization ability. It is difficult for them to learn math well, so I designed the "five modernizations" in the teaching process:
First, the modernization of classroom teaching
Children with mental retardation have slow visual speed, and ordinary people can see things at a glance. Children with mental retardation have to spend more time to perceive them one by one, without any goals. Even so, they may not understand that what they notice and see is much less than that of normal children of the same age, even worse than that of children aged 3 or 4. Using multimedia courseware to color important information points can strengthen the intuitive effect and make mentally retarded children accept the information they need as soon as possible within their own attention.
So in class, I use multimedia courseware to arouse and control students' attention through coloring, flashing and other means in the process of image presentation. For example, when I was teaching "the understanding and use of several corners in 1 yuan", I showed various denominations of RMB with courseware. When the mouse clicks on any RMB, this RMB will be enlarged, and the numbers on it will show bright "golden yellow" and flashing images, which will stimulate students' senses and attract their attention. Finally, students can learn about various denominations of RMB.
Second, classroom teaching autonomy
Students are the main body of teaching activities and the masters of learning, which is not only the idea of educators, but also an appropriate way to encourage students to show "autonomy" in learning. Teachers should pay attention to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students in teaching, adhere to people-oriented and take students as the "first". That is, let the students have a look, think and take it. According to your own experience and your own way of thinking, through independent thinking and cooperative communication, you can learn knowledge well and establish confidence in learning mathematics well.
For example, in the teaching of "Understanding and using several corners in 1 yuan", I first show the unit price of ruler 1 yuan, and the unit price of rubber is 50, so that students can tell what they see. Then think about how much it costs to buy a ruler and an eraser. The students worked out a * * * price through observation and thinking. Then ask the students to adopt the method of 1 yuan 50. After the question was put forward, some students took out 1 block 1 yuan, 1 block 50, and some students took out 1 block 1 yuan, 1 block 1, 2 blocks 2. Some students even came up with 1 1 yuan, 3 1 jiao, 1 jiao, so I fully affirmed their ideas and praised their creativity. In this way, students can spread their thinking wings, exert their creativity and have a high enthusiasm for learning. They can devote themselves wholeheartedly to the practice of independent exploration and creation and fully experience the joy of success.
Third, the gamification of classroom teaching.
Children with mental retardation are naive and playful, and have poor ability to restrain their own behavior, and their attention is easily distracted. They often do things that have nothing to do with the classroom. Traditional teaching regards these characteristics as shortcomings that affect learning, restricting students from "moving" and forcing students to attend classes. They seem to be bound by hands and feet, bound by thinking, completely in a passive position, suffering and tired in the last class, and seriously tired of learning. Game teaching conforms to the age, psychological and physiological characteristics of mentally retarded students in China. Therefore, I designed all kinds of games in my teaching to make full use of students' positive and interesting personality. For example, in the teaching of "1 understanding and use of yuan jiao", I designed a game of "competition, competition", and students' competitive psychology made them happy to participate in the game. Teaching and learning have achieved twice the result with half the effort and enjoyed it. In addition, from the physiological point of view, research shows that when people are full of energy, the excitement level of the whole nervous system is improved due to a series of physiological reactions, and the effect of learning in this emotional background is better than the general situation. I have also designed many activities such as "reading", "writing", "taking one deficiency" and "buying one purchase" in teaching, all of which are aimed at guiding students to learn and operate in small games and "moving" for further study and practice.
Chapter 3: Summary of Math Work in Grade Two for Mental Retardation This semester, I served as the head teacher of Grade Two for Mental Retardation. In this semester, in order to improve the class spirit and study style of this class, promote the all-round development of students and improve their moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor qualities, I have done the following work:
1. Cultivate students' habit of observing discipline.
A person's behavior and habits will directly affect his future study, work and quality of life. Therefore, teachers must understand the behavior characteristics of junior students and attach importance to the cultivation education of students. At the same time, in school, discipline is the guarantee of teaching quality. This semester, I often use class meetings to educate students how to observe classroom discipline. When I find some students or a student doing well in class, I praise them in time and set an example in class. When I find bad phenomena, I correct them in time. After a semester's hard work, most students in the class can do well, and a few people with weak academic concepts often need teacher education to do well for a while, and they need to strengthen education in the future.
2. Cultivate students' polite habits.
That is, students are required to be beautiful in appearance, language and soul. Students are required to implement the school's student code of conduct, dress neatly, accept the supervision and inspection of class cadres, and encourage students to consciously since the enlightenment in combination with the sunshine scoring and assessment system. Now all the students have formed this good habit. In language behavior, students know how to be polite. Whether in or out of school, they politely shouted "Hello, teacher!" When you come home from school, you will say, "goodbye, teacher!" " Students unite and help each other, and good deeds are constantly emerging. From their actions, we can already see that beautiful buds have been sent out in their little hearts.
3. Cultivate students' good hygiene habits.
Good hygiene habits help children grow up healthily. I correct my classmates' wrong reading and writing posture, teach children the correct way to brush their teeth and check their personal hygiene. Educate students to keep the environment clean, insist on a small sweep every day, and let children form a good habit of loving labor from an early age.
4. Strengthen contact with parents and do a good job in student education.
Teachers should teach students well, besides the education and management in school, they should also do a good job outside school. If they want to teach students well, they should also contact their parents and get their help. Usually, I pay attention to this work. I use the phone to pick up students' time after school with my parents, and I often contact my parents to exchange information about students.
In a word, to run a class well, we must have a capable cadre team. I didn't do well in this aspect this school year. Next school year, I will focus on training class cadres, so that class cadres can truly become teachers' little helpers and students' good examples.
I recommend it carefully.
