According to the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Deepening the Reform of College Entrance Examination in Ordinary Senior High Schools (J [2008] No.4), combined with the Implementation Plan of Curriculum Reform in Ordinary Senior High Schools in Guizhou Province (for Trial Implementation) and the actual work of college entrance examination, this plan is formulated.
I. Basic principles

(4) Persistence is conducive to maintaining social stability and steadily promoting the reform of college entrance examination.
Second, the college entrance examination subjects and subjects.
Candidates are divided into literature and history, science and engineering, sports and art.
The unified entrance examination for colleges and universities in our province is set as "3+ liberal arts comprehensive/science comprehensive".
"3" refers to Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages, which are compulsory for all candidates. Among them, mathematics is divided into liberal arts mathematics and science mathematics.
The liberal arts integration includes three subjects: ideological politics, history and geography; Science synthesis includes physics, chemistry and biology.
Candidates who apply for sports and art should also take professional examinations organized by the whole province.
Candidates who apply for foreign languages, foreign trade colleges and English majors should take the oral English test organized by the whole province.
Third, the examination time and scores
The total score of the college entrance examination is 750
Chinese test time 150 minutes, score 150 points.
Mathematics (arts and sciences) examination time 120 minutes, score 150.
Comprehensive examination time of arts and sciences 150 minutes, 300 points each.
20 13 and 20 14, English written test time 100 minutes, score 135 points. The test paper with a score of 120 made by the examination center of the Ministry of Education is multiplied by 135 and divided by 120, which is recorded in the candidates' English scores. The listening test lasts for 20 minutes, and the score is 15. The score of the test paper is 30 according to the unified system of the examination center of the Ministry of Education, and the score of the test paper is multiplied by 15 divided by 30 and recorded in the English score of the candidates.
20 15 and above English written test time 100 minutes, score 120 points; The listening test lasts for 20 minutes and the score is 30 points.
English listening is conducted in the listening part of the National English Test (Level 2). Candidates can take the listening test in September of the first semester and March of the second semester of senior three. If the candidate takes two exams, the highest score of the candidate will be recorded in the English subject score of the college entrance examination.
The examination of other foreign languages (including listening) shall be conducted according to the unified regulations of the examination center of the Ministry of Education. Examination time 120 minutes, score 150.
Four. Proposition and examination scope
The unified examination questions for college enrollment in our province are made by the examination center of the Ministry of Education.
The proposition of college entrance examination is based on the Curriculum Plan for Ordinary Senior High School (Experiment) promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 2003, the Curriculum Standard for Ordinary Senior High School (Experiment) promulgated by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education and the National Unified Examination Outline for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (experimental version of curriculum standard).
The scope of the examination is the compulsory and elective contents specified in the Outline of the National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Experimental Edition of Curriculum Standards) and the Description of the Outline of the National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Experimental Edition of Curriculum Standards) (see Annex).

Establish a college entrance examination evaluation system that combines college entrance examination results with ordinary high school academic level examinations and comprehensive quality evaluation.

Ordinary high school students should participate in the high school level examination, and the school should evaluate the comprehensive quality of ordinary high school students.
High school graduates' academic level test scores and students' comprehensive quality evaluation are recorded in candidates' electronic files. Candidates' electronic files include candidates' high school academic level test scores, students' comprehensive quality evaluation, candidates' registration information, physical examination information, volunteer information, college entrance examination results information, candidates' family situation, integrity records, etc.
(two) the academic level test scores and comprehensive quality evaluation as a reference for the college entrance examination.
1. Candidates' academic level test scores are used as the basis for the ranking of candidates with the same score in the college entrance examination.
2. After the candidates file from high score to low score according to their wishes, the enrollment institutions can enroll the candidates within the scope of the candidates, according to the published enrollment regulations, and refer to the candidates' academic level test scores and comprehensive quality evaluation.
3. Self-enrollment colleges and universities can assess candidates according to their academic level test scores and comprehensive quality evaluation.
(3) Intensify the enrollment reform of higher vocational education (including colleges and universities, hereinafter referred to as higher vocational education) and implement multi-channel enrollment.
1. Actively promote individual enrollment in national demonstration higher vocational colleges and expand the scale of individual enrollment.
2. Expand the enrollment scale of five-year junior high schools in secondary vocational schools.
3. Try out the registration method of higher vocational enrollment based on the academic level test scores and comprehensive quality evaluation.
Safeguard measures of intransitive verbs
People's governments at all levels should attach great importance to it, strengthen leadership and make overall coordination.
Education administrative departments at all levels should strengthen the publicity of the new curriculum reform and college entrance examination reform plan in ordinary senior high schools, so that the public can know the reform content, relevant policies and regulations and the significance of the reform in time, and create a good public opinion environment for the smooth implementation of the college entrance examination reform; We should take effective measures to do all the work well, especially the construction of teachers and hardware facilities for foreign language listening teaching in middle schools, to ensure the orderly reform of college entrance examination.
Admission examination institutions at all levels should, in accordance with the requirements of the college entrance examination reform, strengthen the management of registration, examination, marking and admission, formulate and improve various implementation rules, further deepen the sunshine enrollment system, increase the publicity of enrollment information, and take effective measures to ensure the safe and efficient completion of all aspects of work.
Colleges and universities should speed up the pace of reform and gradually establish and improve a diversified admission mechanism that is conducive to the selection of specialized talents and innovative talents.
All ordinary senior high schools should conscientiously implement the new curriculum reform in senior high schools and do a good job in teaching according to the curriculum plan and curriculum standards promulgated by the Ministry of Education. Do a good job in the publicity of college entrance examination reform, actively guide candidates, and ensure the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform and college entrance examination reform in ordinary high schools.
