Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations of the Ministry of Education in order to better implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education to "run schools according to law", further implement the "sunshine project" for college enrollment, standardize the enrollment of full-time undergraduates (hereinafter referred to as "enrollment work") and ensure the smooth enrollment work.
Article 2 The main enrollment types covered by the Articles of Association are:
1. Students who take the college entrance examination include college entrance examination students, walk-in students, art majors, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, strong foundation programs, targeted enrollment programs for poor areas (hereinafter referred to as national special programs), college special programs for rural students (hereinafter referred to as "self-improvement programs"), non-Tibetan students with targeted employment for Tibet, ethnic minority classes and mainland Tibetan classes.
2. Overseas Chinese, students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan: including students admitted through the joint entrance examination for overseas Chinese, students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan provinces jointly recruited by ordinary colleges and universities, students admitted without examination in Macao, students exempted from examination in Hong Kong, students exempted from examination in Taiwan Province Province, and students admitted through the "Four Schools Joint Examination" in Macao.
Article 3 The name of the school is Wuhan University (GB code 10486), the competent department is the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), and the registered address is No.299, Bayi Road, Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province (postal code: 430072).
Article 4 The school is a public, full-time comprehensive university with the right to confer bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees and a postdoctoral research mobile station.
Article 5 School enrollment adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, with comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties
Article 6 The school shall set up a leading group for undergraduate enrollment, which is composed of the principal, the leaders in charge of the school, the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee and the heads of relevant functional departments, and consists of an undergraduate enrollment committee and an enrollment office.
Article 7 The leading group for enrollment work is the leading and decision-making body for enrollment work in schools. Its main responsibilities are to comprehensively lead the enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students, study and formulate enrollment policies, enrollment plans and admission rules for ordinary undergraduate students, and make decisions on major issues of undergraduate enrollment.
The General Undergraduate Admissions Committee is the decision-making consultation, democratic management and supervision institution of the general undergraduate enrollment work, which is responsible for studying and reviewing the enrollment policies and systems, supervising the undergraduate enrollment work, and maintaining the fairness and justice of enrollment. The admissions committee should include teachers, students and alumni representatives.
The Admissions Office is located in the undergraduate college, and its main responsibility is to implement the national enrollment policies and systems, and be responsible for the organization and implementation of undergraduate enrollment under the leadership of the school enrollment leading group.
Article 8 The Admissions Office shall, according to the actual needs of the enrollment work, select the enrollment staff from the teachers and cadres of the whole school to participate in the enrollment propaganda and enrollment work of the school, and participate in the professional level evaluation (inspection) and examination work of some enrollment forms (majors).
Article 9 Schools shall publicize the enrollment information, and publish the enrollment information and publicize the selection and admission results through the undergraduate enrollment network of Wuhan University (aoff.whu.edu.cn), the homepage of Wuhan University (www.whu.edu.cn), the official Weibo, the WeChat public platform and the enrollment publicity materials.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 10 Within the annual enrollment scale approved by the state, according to the principle of "optimizing the structure of students and promoting regional balance", according to the spirit of relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the reality of running a school, combined with the preparation and use of enrollment plans in recent years in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the same below), the number of ordinary high school graduates in each province, the proportion of candidates in the total enrollment in each province, the enjoyment of quality education resources, the quality of students, urban and rural areas, the same below, shall be considered as a whole.
Eleventh schools in the annual enrollment scale approved by the state, set aside a small number of plans to adjust the imbalance of students in the provincial unified examination, and the reserved plan does not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plan of the school.
Twelfth schools implement the dynamic balance mechanism of professional enrollment plan. For majors with great social demand and good students, the enrollment plan can be appropriately increased; For basic disciplines or majors with good employment situation but few applicants, certain measures can be taken to support them; For majors with small social needs and few students applying for the exam, the school can adjust the enrollment plan and take measures such as reducing enrollment, enrolling students every other year or stopping enrollment.
Chapter IV Entrance Examination (Evaluation)
Thirteenth college entrance examination, non-Tibetan students' directional employment in Tibet, national special plan, mainland Tibetan classes, mainland Xinjiang high school classes, ethnic minority classes, high-level art groups, high-level sports teams (cultural unified examination), strong foundation plan, and rural students' "self-improvement plan" candidates must take the national unified examination for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities.
Candidates who walk students, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, strong foundation programs and "self-improvement programs" for rural students must also participate in the tests or selections organized by our school. Art candidates must take the unified examination of relevant majors organized by the provincial-level entrance examination institutions in the province where the students are located. When the art majors in our school are admitted, the unified examination results of the relevant majors in the provincial entrance examination institutions are recognized as professional examination results, and no school examinations will be organized.
Overseas Chinese, students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are subject to the relevant policies of the state and our school.
Article 14 Schools shall formulate specific measures in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education on special types of enrollment, and organize the selection, assessment and testing of students who walk, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, strong foundation plans and "self-improvement plans" for rural students. The test time, methods, requirements and related matters shall be subject to the current enrollment brochure.
Chapter V Admission Rules
Article 15 According to the batch (filing method) in parallel volunteer, the file shifting ratio should be controlled within 105% in principle. If the students who enter the archives are subject to professional adjustment and there are no other restrictions on admission conditions, they will be recruited voluntarily according to the unfinished plan in the original announced plan. According to the situation of simulated investment in parallel volunteer, in principle, the plan to increase our school in our province should not exceed 5% of the original plan. If the candidate fails to complete the plan due to reasons such as disobedience to adjustment, the incremental plan will be withdrawn.
The enrollment plan and file transfer list of candidates who walk students, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, strong foundation programs and rural students' "self-improvement programs" shall be separately provided by the school to the provincial entrance examination institutions where the candidates are located.
Article 16 In the implementation of non-parallel volunteer batch (filing method), when the number of students of the first volunteer candidate is insufficient, the school will admit non-first volunteer candidates, but the number of applicants will not exceed the number of remaining enrollment plans of our school in this province, and only the majors with vacancies in this batch and type in this province will be admitted.
Seventeenth in the admission, according to the national policy and the provisions of the Provincial Admissions Committee, candidates who can get extra points, except for special types of candidates who do not make provincial plans, our school recognizes their extra points, but the maximum extra points shall not exceed 20 points.
Article 18 When determining candidates' admission majors, the method of giving priority to scores shall be implemented. When the college entrance examination scores (including policy scores, the same below) are the same, the candidates with the highest total scores (excluding policy scores, the same below) will be given priority; When the total scores of college entrance examination candidates are the same, take the same score, that is, appropriately adjust the sub-professional plan in the province, and all candidates with the same score in the competitive relationship will be admitted to the competitive major. Further respect the professional wishes of candidates. If candidates fill in their professional volunteers according to the provincial entrance examination institutions and our school's enrollment plan (professional volunteers need to be different) and their volunteers are reasonable, they should try their best to meet the candidates' professional volunteers. Otherwise, it is subject to the admission adjustment of the adjustment, and it is not subject to the withdrawal of the adjustment.
In Jiangsu Province, our school requires AB+ and above for ordinary college entrance examination candidates, and 2B and above for candidates who have obtained the qualification of high-level art troupe. All candidates are required to pass the required subject level of 4C 1. When recruiting students from different majors, our school adopts the method of "grading first", that is, the candidates are sorted from high to low. When the scores are the same, the candidates with the highest total score in the college entrance examination will be given priority; If the candidates' total scores in the college entrance examination are the same, they will be sorted according to the level of the selected subjects, and those with higher related subjects will be given priority. Related subjects are physics, literature and history; When the results of the selected subjects are the same, the principle of getting the same score and getting the same score is adopted to meet the professional aspirations of the candidates in the competitive relationship. The examination subjects of other types of candidates are at least the relevant regulations of Jiangsu Province.
In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, our school implements the admission method of giving priority to scores (clear scores).
Unless otherwise stipulated by the provincial entrance examination institutions, foreign language and literature majors are not required to speak.
Architecture (Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools) majors only admit candidates who have clearly expressed their willingness to major.
The major of Marxist theory enrolls students in batches in advance, and only the candidates who clearly fill in the professional volunteers are admitted, and the scores of the candidates in the college entrance examination shall not be lower than one line in the province where the candidates are located.
For the provinces that merge undergraduate batches, one line refers to the minimum admission control scores corresponding to some special types determined by the relevant provincial education administrative departments or enrollment examination institutions.
Article 19 all majors in our school are not limited to candidates' foreign languages, but students must use English as their first foreign language and reach the corresponding level after entering school.
Article 20 For the requirements of candidates' physical health, the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities formulated and issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Supplementary Provisions of Wuhan University on Candidates' Physical Health formulated by our school accordingly shall be implemented (published separately).
Article 21 Students who walk, art classes, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, strong foundation plans and "self-improvement plans" for rural students shall be implemented according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education on special types of enrollment and the enrollment brochures of that year.
Twenty-second in the mainland provinces to recruit directional students to work in Tibet, only candidates who clearly fill in the directional professional volunteers are admitted, limited to fresh graduates. When the number of students in the school's investment line is insufficient, it can be reduced by 40 points from high score to low score, but the total score of the candidate's college entrance examination must not be lower than one line in the province where the candidate is located.
Twenty-third ethnic class enrollment according to the relevant documents of the Ministry of education.
Twenty-fourth overseas Chinese and candidates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are admitted according to the relevant provisions of the Joint Admissions Office and the school's relevant enrollment brochures.
Twenty-fifth candidates who have serious dishonesty in the process of taking the college entrance examination or have a record of dishonesty in the electronic files of the college entrance examination will not be accepted by our school.
Chapter VI Freshmen and Other Admission
Twenty-sixth according to the provisions of the state, students must pay tuition, accommodation, books and various documents (cards). The specific standards and measures are implemented according to the standards approved by the price department of Hubei Province.
Twenty-seventh new account migration follows the principle of voluntariness.
According to the relevant regulations of the state, non-Tibetan students must go through the relevant formalities before they can enroll in Tibet, otherwise they will be disqualified.
Twenty-eighth new students, the school will conduct a comprehensive review within 3 months. Those who fail the second interview will be treated as appropriate until their admission qualification is cancelled. Anyone who is found to be fraudulent will be disqualified or returned to the original domicile.
If the freshmen need to modify the relevant information after entering the school, it shall be handled in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Student Status of Wuhan University.
Twenty-ninth freshmen can participate in the evaluation of Wuhan University freshman scholarship according to their college entrance examination results and their performance in middle school. Specific incentives shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Undergraduate Scholarships of Wuhan University.
Thirtieth schools have a "green channel" for new students. Freshmen with particularly difficult family economy can apply for tuition fee reduction and exemption from the school student office with the proof of the people's government at or above the township (town); You can also apply for a national student loan according to the relevant provisions of the state.
Article 31 Students majoring in art, strong foundation program, non-Tibetan students who are employed in Tibet, architecture (Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools), Marxist theory, public health and preventive medicine, and nursing are not allowed to transfer to other majors. Foreign language students are not allowed to transfer to non-foreign language majors.
Article 32 Students who have completed the prescribed courses within the prescribed study period and have met the graduation requirements in terms of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor are allowed to graduate, and Wuhan University will issue a diploma of general higher education. According to the detailed rules for the implementation of Wuhan University's bachelor's degree award and related regulations, our school awards bachelor's degree certificates or corresponding degree certificates to graduates who meet the conditions for degree award.

Chapter VII Handling of Violations
Thirty-fourth candidates, examination staff and other social personnel will deal with all kinds of violations in the general undergraduate entrance examination (assessment) organized by our school in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities.
Article 35 If a school staff member commits dereliction of duty, violation of rules, discipline or law in the enrollment work, the discipline inspection and supervision department of the school shall, after investigation and verification with the enrollment department of the school, deal with it in accordance with the Interim Measures for Handling the Irregularities in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the Provisions on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and other relevant provisions; Anyone suspected of committing a crime will be investigated for criminal responsibility by judicial organs.
Thirty-sixth middle school units that violate the relevant provisions of the state and the school in the entrance examination, seriously violate the integrity of enrollment, neglect their duties and disrupt the order of enrollment, the school will give informed criticism, restrict enrollment and suspend enrollment. As the case may be; And investigate the responsibility of relevant personnel in accordance with relevant regulations.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 37 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the school enrollment leading group or its authorized unit, and matters not covered herein shall be covered.
Article 38 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In case of any conflict between the original documents, regulations and general rules of the school on enrollment work and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail.
