First, the change of students.
The "three steps and five links" classroom really bid farewell to the traditional classroom teaching mode, and students become the masters of learning. They are bold, dare to show, dare to think, dare to say, dare to ask and dare to do; Students are alive, willing to ask questions, good at solving problems, dare to evaluate right and wrong, and dare to challenge authority; Students have clear expression, clear thinking, orderly cooperation, strong interest in learning, developed ability and publicized personality. It really shows that different students have different development in mathematics and feel the fun of learning mathematics.
Second, the change of teachers.
The real ability of teachers lies not in imparting knowledge, but in stimulating students' learning motivation, arousing students' desire for knowledge, allowing them to participate in the whole teaching process with interest and acquire knowledge through their own thinking activities and hands-on operations. The new curriculum reform has created new opportunities for teachers, "all for students", which will be the goal of teachers' efforts; Giving students freedom will also be the only criterion for teachers to teach. Happy teaching will make teachers and students grow together in teaching, and make students acquire knowledge, cultivate personality and develop healthily in learning.
Third, the existing problems
1. Because there are many classes in our school, students are divided into groups of six, each class should be divided into groups of more than eight, and every group of four should be divided into groups of more than twelve. Teachers don't take enough care of activities, and some unconscious students turn activity time into chat time. Teachers. The new curriculum reform has higher requirements for family education. We are a rural primary school with many left-behind children. In addition, parents are not familiar with the new textbooks. Some parents don't even pay attention to their students' study. Even if you ask questions, you only pay attention to your grades, and you don't know what ability is and what is "reducing burdens and increasing efficiency", which brings difficulties to teaching.
