Five-life doctors appeared after Qin and Han dynasties, similar to Jiuqing and Shangshu. In the Northern Qi Dynasty, there was a doctor who was a royal official with the doctor. Tang was a prose officer with nine grades, from four grades to four grades in Song Dynasty. After Yuan Feng was reformed, it was changed to a secretary supervisor, and later it was designated as twelve grades, with four grades in gold and three grades in yuan Dynasty. Ming is from the third grade. In the third year of the Republic of China (19 14), Yuan Shikai designated civil servants as ninth class and Chinese doctors as fifth class.
