I think this sentence is really right, because for those liberal arts students, their language level is actually similar. If it's good or not, it's about ten points worse. If it's not good, the English level is similar. There are some good ones in literature synthesis, not many, but there are really many gaps in mathematics. If you are not good at math, you can really lag behind others by dozens of points.
