This paper expounds the above problems from the aspects of the importance of all-round development of college students' quality, the comprehensive quality that college students should have and the implementation ways of quality education for college students, in order to find more scientific laws and more effective methods for the all-round development of college students' quality.

Quality education is the need of social development. With the advent of the economic era, traditional professionals can no longer meet the needs of society. In addition to excellent professional quality, college students should also have ideological and moral quality, psychological quality, good coordination ability, team spirit and innovative consciousness.
First, the importance of quality education for college students
What and how to train people are the fundamental problems that must be solved in China's socialist education. College students shoulder the historical responsibility of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the future. They are the precious talents of the country, the hope of the nation and the future of the motherland. Their quality is not only directly related to the quality of the Chinese nation at the present stage, but also to the quality of the Chinese nation in the future. Therefore, the importance of college students' quality is mainly expounded from the following three aspects.
