How time flies! In a blink of an eye, a semester's work has come to an end, and with the pace of the New Year holiday, all the work will soon come to a satisfactory end. This semester, I have gained, grown and found my own shortcomings. The following is a summary of my work this semester.
I. Education and teaching:
Effect:
1. In group teaching, we can carefully prepare each lesson according to the requirements of the garden, and carry out various educational and teaching activities in the class according to the situation of children, and carry out sports game training in a planned way.
2. In the rehearsal activities of various programs, I will actively cooperate with the class teacher and do my bit for the children's performances.
3. Because the children in small classes are young and weak in accepting and understanding, I teach them knowledge in classroom and extracurricular activities in a simple and interesting way.
4. Etiquette tasks are heavy, and children are not interested in simply reciting children's songs, so I will arrange time for etiquette education activities through situational performances, question and answer discussions, etc.
The theme wall of this semester has been completed seriously, and the effect is good.
6. Montessori classroom arranges daily online activities and teaching AIDS in an orderly way, and sometimes generates classes according to the classroom content to educate children.
7. Seriously participate in teaching and research activities on time and actively record the learning situation.
Insufficient:
1. Because it is the first time to teach small classes, especially at the beginning, the grasp of difficulties is sometimes not accurate, so I always want to ask older children about their abilities.
2. At the beginning of educational activities, there was not much regular, effective and timely practice and reinforcement for children, so the Montessori class in my class was a bit chaotic later.
Second, one-day process and life care implementation:
Effect:
1. Be able to carry out all the activities of the one-day process as required, go upstairs and downstairs for outdoor activities on time (except for strong winds and special circumstances), and attend classes as required.
2. Before each outdoor activity, you can ask the rules in advance, and supervise and remind children not to fight or run in time during the activity to reduce the occurrence of unsafe hidden dangers. After the activity, you can also make a summary in time and ask the children if they have stumbled.
3. The teacher will follow up and give help in time until the last child comes out.
4. Be able to perform the daily afternoon ceremony as required, touch the child for the first two times, and spray vinegar on time. If you find any abnormality or fever, inform your parents in time.
5. You can have a serious morning check every Monday. If you find that your nails are not trimmed, please ask parents to trim them in time and check their children's nails again every Wednesday.
6. Tidy up the children's clothes before leaving the park. Everyone has an orderly division of labor, changing children's wet clothes and pants, and checking shoes.
7. Communicate with the class teacher what happened during the day before leaving the park every day, so as to feedback the children's problems to parents in time.
8. Leave the park to remind parents to queue up in an orderly manner and use the pick-up card as required.
9. Every morning and before leaving the park, insist on disinfecting and sorting out the classroom.
Insufficient:
1. On the questionnaire of life care, some parents reported that their children's clothes and trousers were wet and the work needed to be further refined.
2. Children need to add clothes for outdoor activities in winter, and they have poor self-care ability and need help, so time is tight before outdoor activities.
3. Sometimes outdoor activities, children are in a hurry to go to the toilet, and the class teacher is not there, which will wronged the children for a while.
Third, the work of parents:
Effect:
1. Parents can make appointments on time and in quantity, and give feedback to parents to help solve some behaviors of their children.
2. Update the family contact column in time, so that parents can learn more about their children's situation in the park and the ways to educate them through the above contents.
Smile at your parents and don't conflict with them.
4. Parents actively participated in various activities organized by classes and kindergartens, and the feedback was good.
5. Support all the work in the class and insist on cleaning the chairs every day.
6. Call the sick child in time.
Insufficient:
Parents don't send their children to the park after individual children get sick because of doting.
Due to the particularity of the course, some course contents were not notified as required by parents.
Fourth, the implementation of teachers' morality:
Effect:
1. I can basically adjust my emotions well during class and don't do anything that violates my teacher's ethics.
2. At the class meeting, Mr. Xie will organize us to seriously reflect on our own shortcomings in teachers' ethics and avoid them in future work.
The three teachers will also supervise each other and remind each other in class.
4. Care for every child.
Insufficient:
Sometimes I have no patience with my children. I will rush them if they are slow.
Five, safety work:
Effect:
1. The children are still young, and the safety awareness of the three teachers is constantly strengthening. At work, they agreed on the children's requirements. As long as unsafe hidden dangers are found, solutions can be pointed out and discussed in time to reduce the occurrence of unsafe accidents.
2. Check your child's nails every Monday to reduce the unsafe hidden danger of scratches. Please ask parents to cooperate.
3. While doing a good job in safety, we will also infiltrate some basic safety knowledge into children and let them learn to protect themselves.
4. Be able to check the potential safety hazards in class in time.
5. Can seriously adhere to the disinfection work.
Insufficient:
1. There are many children's scratches, bumps and falls this semester, as well as other minor safety accidents, which need our further reflection and adjustment.

1. The three teachers in the class have a tacit understanding and can be considerate and take care of each other.
2. We will discuss with you if there is any problem, and we will not be picky and have a strong sense of group responsibility.
