Brief introduction to the first grade curriculum of junior high school
Courses offered in Grade One include: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Morality and Rule of Law, History (or History and Society), Geography, Biology (or Science), Physical Education, Music, Fine Arts and Information Technology. (Different in individual regions)
The seventh grade does not offer abstract inductive subjects such as physics and chemistry. In addition, we should learn junior high school mathematics knowledge to pave the way for physics and chemistry subjects.
The seventh grade is a critical moment for the whole middle school. The seventh grade is a link to adapt to middle school study life, new environment and new teachers' teaching methods. If you can't adapt to the new environment at this stage of the seventh grade, it will be more difficult to study in junior high school in the future. In the May 4th Movement area, there is a geography graduation exam for the seventh grade in the next semester. If you fail, you won't be able to go to high school.
A detailed introduction to the first-year curriculum
Mathematics: the first grade mathematics is divided into algebra and geometry, and the new curriculum standard is combined into one. Senior one has higher requirements for mathematics, and the compilation of teaching materials is in a straight-line rising mode, with a large slope and deep difficulty. The new curriculum standard reduces the requirements of mathematics, and the compilation of teaching materials is in a spiral rising mode, with slow slope and shallow difficulty. For example, in old junior high school algebra, the emphasis is on teaching equations first, and then on teaching functions. In the new curriculum standard, equations, functions and other contents appear in cycles according to the relationship between once and twice.
English: Before the implementation of the experimental curriculum standard for compulsory education (English), the first grade is the beginning of English learning, which is relatively easy and there is no obvious polarization, but the seventh grade is not. In the "new curriculum standard", the starting grade of English learning is advanced to the third grade of primary school (advanced to the first grade in developed areas), and by the seventh grade, students' English scores will be polarized.
Morality and the rule of law: the original first year of high school set up the subject of "ideological and political" (the name is still used in high school political subjects). 200 1 was changed to "ideology and morality", and 200 16 was changed to "morality and rule of law".
Science: Physics, chemistry, biology and astronomical geography are integrated into science subjects in junior high schools in some areas, and biology and astronomical geography are the main subjects in science in seventh grade.
History and society: Junior high schools in some areas combine history, geography and some political subjects, which are collectively called "history and society". This course includes history, humanities, politics, society and geography (except astronomy and geography), which is a comprehensive subject.
These are the lessons I summarized for you. Each course has a detailed introduction, which is for reference only. I hope it will help you.
