Perfect school-based teaching and research system and collective lesson preparation system, biweekly teaching essays, wrong topic analysis and the feeling of first reading every semester have greatly improved teachers' professional ability. In the course evaluation activities of the branch school, the division of labor of the undergraduate group is clear, and the incisive course evaluation has been unanimously praised and recognized by the participating teachers. In addition, the improvement of undergraduate teachers' professional quality is also reflected in the improvement of thesis level. This school year, we won three national first prizes, nine national second prizes, one town first prize 1 person, three town second prizes and seven third prizes.

The quality of mathematics teaching in our school has made great progress in recent years, one of the main reasons is that we have done a good job in routine. Teachers can complete regular and irregular inspections of teaching plans and homework, as well as monthly calculation competitions, and do a good job in cultivating outstanding and underage students. Therefore, in last year's graduation exam, the number of poor students in mathematics in our school was greatly reduced, and twelve students also got the admission notice from Huacheng Middle School.
Marching thousands of miles shows great pride in the future. Over the past school year, the achievements of the mathematics subject group have not come easily, and the progress bit by bit has condensed the efforts of all mathematics teachers.
