In teaching, I actively guide students to help each other. I know that the "one-on-one" learning method plays a very important role in improving students' grades. However, in the third grade, the learning task is heavy. In order to improve teaching performance better, I adopt the model of "excellent promotion and excellent help" to let gifted students teach gifted students well and help students with learning difficulties find out their shortcomings. My approach is to communicate with the group leaders regularly, understand their confusion in time, guide them how to help the students with poor learning to improve their grades, and let them compete with each other in groups to form a good learning atmosphere. I made detailed statistics on the learning situation of students with medium or below, analyzed the weak points of students with learning difficulties, summarized the knowledge points with high error rate and many confusion points, and timely understood what students still lacked in mastering knowledge. This is the main basis of classroom evaluation content, because these students' learning situation is representative and the key to improve classroom performance, so they are required to master the most basic topics and gradually deepen them. And for these students, I pay special attention to three aspects when I talk about the topic: first, I should speak thoroughly; Second, I want to expand; Third, I want to keep up with a sufficient number of follow-up exercises, and I want to explain the ideas, methods and skills to solve typical problems. In other words, before teaching, we should find out the students' knowledge, foundation and ability of preparing lessons, and start from their lowest point when giving lectures, so as to keep up with the rhythm. Make the classroom lively, popular and simple, and mobilize students to actively participate in teaching activities. Try to create common and understandable problem situations for students, stimulate students' learning motivation and make them actively participate in teaching activities. In class, as long as students with learning difficulties participate in teaching activities, I will seize the opportunity to praise them. This can not only make students who study well eat well, but also make students with learning difficulties improve one step.
In short, junior high school mathematics teaching is complicated, and different people have different views. The key is to teach according to the characteristics of students and courses, meet the needs of students' personality development, and truly realize that "everyone can get a good math education, and different people can get different development in math".
