When spring blossoms and bees and swallows fly, our Tianjiao Northland Scenery Kindergarten ushered in a new semester. This semester, Zhou Yang and I served as preschool teachers, and * * * completed all the education, teaching, conservation and health care work of preschool. After discussion, we decided that conservation and health care should be done by two people, while education and teaching should be assigned to individuals according to subjects. In order to better promote the smooth development of all the work in this semester, I make the following plans for all my teaching work (Chinese, mathematics and Pinyin) in this semester:
Two weeks after the start of school, it is basically determined that there are thirteen children (eight boys and five girls) in this class, including two freshmen and one large class. In view of the small number of children and slightly different foundations, this teaching plan is more detailed and targeted in order to take care of each child's learning and development.
First, the semester objectives
(1) Language:
1. Talk to people actively, actively and politely, and adjust your speech content according to the change of language communication environment.
2. Be able to listen to others seriously and politely, and master and understand what they are saying.
You can clearly express what you want to say in coherent and standardized language.
4. I like to appreciate different forms of children's literature, study and evaluate the works initially, and summarize the main contents of the works. Be able to create stories and imitate prose and poetry according to the conditions provided by teachers. I can recite poems and retell stories with expressions.
5, have a strong interest in reading and writing, can concentrate on reading, will independently tell stories in the book, and actively learn common words. Insist on speaking Mandarin in daily life, so that the pronunciation and intonation are basically correct.
(2) Mathematics:
The main task of pre-school mathematics education is for teachers to organize children to carry out colorful activities, expand and organize children's experience of mathematics in life, master superficial mathematics knowledge, and cultivate children's interest in mathematics and their initial ability to understand things by using mathematics knowledge. Cultivate children's cognitive ability through mathematical activities, design various activities for children by providing sufficient conditions, guide children to use various senses, observe and understand the relationship between numbers, enable children to find problems, ask questions, achieve problem-solving ability, and lay the necessary foundation for entering primary schools.

Pinyin teaching in preschool class is mainly to broaden children's horizons, enrich children's knowledge, emphasize children's rich association and imagination in learning, promote children's positive thinking and expression, and realize the all-round improvement of children's quality.
1, review and consolidate six single vowels and 23 initials, and master their pronunciation essentials, writing rules and spelling exercises of four tones.
2. It can quickly distinguish the pronunciation and usage of nasal sound n and edge sound l, distinguish the pronunciation and writing methods of flat tongue sound zcs and upturned sound zhchshr, and spell jqx and one.
3. Learn and master vowels and whole syllables.
Second, the difficulties in teaching
1. Feel the emotions expressed in different tones.
2. Be able to repeat the gist and wonderful plot of literary works, and learn to imitate and create poems, essays and stories.

4. Be able to imagine things around you in a certain space.
5, under the guidance of teachers, can put forward simple math problems, and lay the foundation for future study.
6. Learn to master all initials and finals, be familiar with the spelling methods and skills of Pinyin, and basically spell correctly.
Third, teaching measures
1. Situational teaching is the main teaching method of Chinese, which mainly adopts such means as performance, appreciation, listening to stories, discussion and communication. And correctly guide and encourage children to constantly consolidate, accumulate and learn creatively in real life.
2. Take "learning while learning" as the main concept of mathematics education, provide children with rich practical materials, guide and help them to acquire relevant mathematics knowledge happily in relaxed games, and cultivate their good personal study habits and teamwork consciousness.
3. Give priority to intuitive teaching (pictures, cards), appropriately adopt teaching methods such as situations, games, stories, etc., to stimulate children's interest in learning pinyin, and combine the characteristics of children to inspire and induce, and cultivate good study habits. Pay attention to reading and writing training, effectively improve children's reading and writing ability of pinyin letters, and lay a solid foundation for pinyin.
Fourth, pay special attention to:
In view of several children with relatively weak foundations and their individual differences, I intend to give them extra lessons after class to keep them up with the normal teaching progress and prepare for the smooth promotion to primary school. For example, Doudou has never learned vowels and initials, so he should give more guidance and help in language teaching and extracurricular activities; Tang has some difficulties in speaking, so we should pay special attention to pinyin and Chinese pronunciation in order to correct the wrong pronunciation in time. Luo Xiao, Wang Hengbin and other habitual dialect speakers should be helped to get rid of them and develop the habit of speaking Mandarin. Tan Kai, Zhang Li and others have a weak mathematical foundation and need more help, more practice, more explanations and so on.
Maybe in the next work and life, I didn't do well enough, not careful enough, not in place enough, but I still hope to get the understanding and support of my parents and leaders. I hope that through my own efforts, with the help of parents and leading colleagues, I can run this class well and send these children to primary schools smoothly.
