Hello parents!
First of all, thank you very much for attending this semester's parent-teacher conference. Thank you for your understanding and support of our work. This is a new semester. Our children are full of expectations for teachers and parents and have entered the middle class. The middle class is a connecting link in children's three-year preschool education, and it is also an important period for children's physical and mental development. It has its own characteristics of the times. In order to better carry out education, I will make the following brief introduction:
First, the age characteristics of middle-class children
(1) concentrate, and there is less time to concentrate on some activities, usually 20 minutes to 25 minutes;
2. Being able to combine dynamic and static, quick-witted, lively and active, especially among middle-class children. They always change their postures and activities, and have many small moves, such as moving their hands, stretching their legs or running freely. They can't control themselves well, master their own movements, and are more relaxed or even unrestrained than children in small classes. Therefore, there are more moderate and quiet activities among teachers this semester.
(2) Life:
1 At this moment, all our children can basically eat by themselves, but some children have bad habits, such as holding spoons incorrectly, talking while eating, being picky about food, eating too slowly and so on. These all need the help of the teacher. We basically give priority to encouragement and make positive demands. Many children have finished their meals with the help of their teachers, ensuring the nutrition they need. There, I asked my parents to ask their children not to be picky about food, and to eat enough meals in a certain period of time to ensure that their children have enough nutrition. Wipe your mouth consciously after eating, but some children have not yet formed the habit of wiping their mouths after eating, and often need teachers to remind them. When going out for activities or the weather changes, we will add or subtract clothes for our children at any time, and let them drink water at appropriate intervals. We hope that parents can also cultivate their children's good habits at home.
2 nap: children have made great progress in this regard. At this time, most children can find their cribs after entering the bedroom, and then take off their shoes and put them away. Nap time 12: 00, almost all children can fall asleep within 20 minutes, but some children fall asleep slowly. In order to form good habits, parents should also arrange their children's naps at home on weekends. Most children can feel the need to relieve themselves and take the initiative to ask for it, and the phenomenon of wetting their pants is becoming less and less.
(3) Learning: As children grow older, it is also important to cultivate their listening habits and concentration. Therefore, I suggest that parents carry out 15-20 minutes of listening or quiet activities at home, which is a careful promotion to the development of children's good habits. In the middle class, there is also a teaching writing. Many parents have complained to me that children are unwilling to write at home, so they are very anxious. In fact, the small muscle groups of the children in the middle class are still underdeveloped, and the control potential of the pen is still very weak at first, so they can't master the operation of the pen at will. But parents can buy some coloring books for them like kindergarten, let children do simple painting coloring exercises at home, and pay attention to the posture of holding the pen when practicing, which will lay a good foundation for their children.
3. Parents' work: (1) At this time, we changed from the downstairs to the second floor, and the class changed, and going up and down the stairs became a safety issue. I hope parents will pay attention to the safety of going up and down the stairs when picking up and dropping off their children, and remind them to hold on to the handrails and walk step by step. Don't run, jump or play on the stairs. (2) For the safety of children, please use the pick-up card when picking up children. Pick up and drop off by credit card, so I also hope parents will take good care of it, don't lose it, and pick it up on time. (3) There are many learning materials and activities in the middle class. If there are no special circumstances, please insist on sending your children to kindergarten every day. If you can't come to the park under special circumstances, please contact the teacher, call or send a message in time. At present, all kinds of infectious diseases are prevalent. If you find that your child has infectious diseases, such as pinkeye, please be sure to stay at home and rest to avoid infecting other children. (4) Matters requiring parents' cooperation
1, security issues:
Early childhood education is a trinity, and children's growth cannot be separated from three environments: family, kindergarten and society. First of all, the family is a child's first campus, and parents are a child's first teacher. Parents' education directly affects their children. Even if children enter kindergarten, the influence of family on children is irreplaceable. As parents, how to cooperate with kindergartens to educate their children well? For middle-class children, I have summarized several points for your reference.
1. In our daily activities, we often ask you to bring some items or do some preparatory work with your children because of the needs of the course, such as collecting waste items and finishing homework with your children. We will write these requirements on the blackboard. Please pay attention to the children when you come to pick them up.
2. Educate children in many ways to pay attention to hygiene and develop good habits. You can't eat unclean food. Brush your teeth and gargle in the morning and evening. Bathe the children, cut their nails and change clothes frequently. You can use some time to tell your child some knowledge about hygiene habits anytime and anywhere.
3. Safety. At ordinary times, whether at home or taking children out, we should tell our children more safety issues and enhance their awareness of self-protection. For example, you should look at traffic signs when walking, obey traffic rules, don't walk with strangers, and don't touch electrical outlets.
4. Teach children the good habit of respecting, caring and accommodating each other. Establish a good peer relationship, simple and polite expressions: thank you, sorry, you're welcome, etc.
Please ask parents to think rationally and handle the fight between children. Children are lively and active by nature, so it is difficult to avoid conflicts between them. Children's conflicts come and go quickly, and parents should do a good job of coordination. Never say, "If others hit you, you will fight back." We will try our best to take care of every child.
Five: Here, I also want to talk about some points that need parents' attention: (1) Please ask parents to cooperate with their children to go home and have their nails cut, and we will check them every Monday. (2) Children should not wear small pendants such as gold and silver jewelry in the garden to prevent them from being lost or swallowed by children, causing unnecessary trouble. Before coming to kindergarten every day, parents should check their children's schoolbags and pockets for dangerous items, such as beans, coins, sticks and knives. (3) If you need someone to pick up your child, please inform the teacher in advance and let the person who helps you pick up your child bring a pick-up card. (7) If parents have any suggestions or opinions, they can give them directly to our teachers, and we will try our best to solve them. Please bring back the books brought back by the children on time.
Thank you for your help. If you have anything unclear or want to know, you can communicate with me. Other parents also look forward to communicating with us in time if they have any questions in the future. Thank you. The parents' meeting will be there this day. Thank you again for your participation.
Speech by the head teacher of the kindergarten parent-teacher conference (2);
Hello parents! Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to attend today's parent-teacher conference. On this day, we will discuss the class plan for next semester with our parents.
As a middle school teacher, I feel very honored and proud, because so many parents and friends support me. In the days when I get along with my children day and night, I have the honor to witness their progress and grow up happily with them. Although our work is trivial, we study and play with the children and do everything by ourselves, but we are very happy. Because, for parents, children are your favorite; For teachers, children are the expectation and future of the motherland. It is our most sacred duty to educate children well and bring them warmth, affirmation, encouragement, smile, opportunity and trust. Although we are bitter and tired, we are also happy. Watching children go home crying to go to kindergarten happily; From babbling to speaking with opinions; From scribbling to drawing color pictures ... that little progress, () makes us feel gratified and proud! Hard work, silent work, selfless dedication, and no return, this is our kindergarten teacher! People often say: "Love is the premise of education, and love is the bounden duty of teachers." As a kindergarten teacher, I can say without exaggeration: "Kindergarten teachers are caring, patient and responsible!
"Don't let children lose at the starting line" is the common aspiration of parents, friends and our teachers! Here, on behalf of the teachers in the whole school, I solemnly promise that we have the potential and determination to fully display each child's personality and give full play to his potential. We hope that every child can spend every day healthily and happily. Please believe us! Finally, I wish my parents and friends good health and all the best! I wish the children a happy childhood. Thank you!
