Teaching and research work plan of the second mathematics group

I. Guiding ideology

This semester, the mathematics teaching and research group of our school firmly established the school-running concept of "people-oriented, pursuing the common development of teachers and students", solidly implemented the work opinions of "teaching innovation action" in the urban teaching and research section, standardized the school-running behavior, deepened the curriculum reform and improved the quality of education. Taking the all-round development of students and the continuous improvement of teachers' professional ability as the goal, improving classroom teaching efficiency, teaching quality and reducing students' academic burden as the foundation, and taking the topic as the carrier, we will continue to deepen classroom teaching reform. Give full play to the leading, guiding and service functions of the teaching and research group, strive to build a green and efficient classroom, carry out solid and effective mathematics teaching research, and promote the mathematics curriculum in our school to a new level.

Second, the work objectives

1, continue to interpret the new curriculum standard of xx edition, strictly regulate teaching and practice classroom teaching.

2. Improve the operation mechanism of the teaching and research project team of mathematics discipline. The research on small topics of the project team focuses on the process and produces results.

3. Continue to carry out the selection of school-level excellent courses, actively listen to excellent mathematics classes, and improve the classroom teaching level of this group of teachers.

4. Improve the evaluation mechanism of mathematics subject literacy, and initially construct the evaluation system of students' development.

Third, the analysis of teachers' situation.

There are 23 teachers in the Mathematics Teaching and Research Group, with excellent quality, responsible teaching, energetic young teachers, solid and capable backbone teachers and experienced old teachers. They all have their own unique methods in education and teaching, and the overall professional level is high. In last semester's teaching and research activities, all teachers supported their work and actively participated in teaching seminars and activities organized by departments at all levels. Activities focus on the process, and teaching and research are fruitful. I believe that all math teachers will be able to unite and cooperate in the new semester and achieve better results.

Fourth, work measures

(A) strict teaching practice, improve the quality of teaching

The premise of improving teaching quality is to grasp the key links of teaching routine, which includes three key links: preparing lessons, attending classes and homework testing. If these three links can be implemented in strict accordance with the requirements of relevant norms, the teaching quality is guaranteed. To this end, this group of teachers have earnestly done the following:

1, lesson preparation: In the first week of school, each grade group will make a lesson plan according to the requirements of the school and upload it to the personal work blog.

2, class: combined with their own classroom teaching experience and children's age characteristics, try to let children learn happily and develop healthily in class. Building a green and efficient classroom.

3. Homework test: When assigning homework, we should pay attention to protecting students' interest in learning and give full play to the role of homework reinforcement and diagnostic teaching. Homework tests should be reviewed in time with clear symbols, students should be given appropriate encouragement, and feedback should be given in time after approval.

Going out to study and train will have greater advantages in upgrading the realm and broadening the horizon. To this end, this semester the school will further increase revenue and reduce expenditure, actively strive for funds and opportunities, and create more opportunities for each teacher to study and train abroad. Seriously study the requirements of the school for off-campus learners, and conduct the second training of advanced learning experience and information for teachers in this group through teaching and research group activities in the first time.

In the selection process of high-quality mathematics courses, the whole group of teachers will be organized to participate in class evaluation, and the excellent courses will lead the group. Actively cooperate with the teaching and research section of our school to select excellent lesson cases in an open, fair and just way, and make a feasible evaluation order. Organize teachers to carefully select topics, formulate lesson plans, modify lesson plans, attend lectures, evaluate lessons, and write after-class reflections. With the efforts of the whole group of teachers, the participating courses were rated as excellent courses and "excellent mathematics group at school level"

Combined with the characteristics of our teachers, our group carried out mentoring activities. Improve the professional level of young teachers by preparing lessons and attending classes together.
