This semester, the mathematics teaching and research group of our school firmly established the school-running concept of "people-oriented, pursuing the common development of teachers and students", solidly implemented the work opinions of "teaching innovation action" in the urban teaching and research section, standardized the school-running behavior, deepened the curriculum reform and improved the quality of education. Taking the all-round development of students and the continuous improvement of teachers' professional ability as the goal, improving classroom teaching efficiency, teaching quality and reducing students' academic burden as the foundation, and taking the topic as the carrier, we will continue to deepen classroom teaching reform. Give full play to the leading, guiding and service functions of the teaching and research group, strive to build a green and efficient classroom, carry out solid and effective mathematics teaching research, and promote the mathematics curriculum in our school to a new level.

2. Improve the operation mechanism of the teaching and research project team of mathematics discipline. The research on small topics of the project team focuses on the process and produces results.
3. Continue to carry out the selection of school-level excellent courses, actively listen to excellent mathematics classes, and improve the classroom teaching level of this group of teachers.
4. Improve the evaluation mechanism of mathematics subject literacy, and initially construct the evaluation system of students' development.
Third, the analysis of teachers' situation.
There are 23 teachers in the Mathematics Teaching and Research Group, with excellent quality, responsible teaching, energetic young teachers, solid and capable backbone teachers and experienced old teachers. They all have their own unique methods in education and teaching, and the overall professional level is high. In last semester's teaching and research activities, all teachers supported their work and actively participated in teaching seminars and activities organized by departments at all levels. Activities focus on the process, and teaching and research are fruitful. I believe that all math teachers will be able to unite and cooperate in the new semester and achieve better results.

The premise of improving teaching quality is to grasp the key links of teaching routine, which includes three key links: preparing lessons, attending classes and homework testing.
