Personal ability improvement:
First of all, we should strengthen our study and improve our theoretical level. We should attach great importance to the improvement of our own theoretical level, consciously study the basic theory of mathematics and the theory of education and teaching, and form good reading habits. Read more than 2 educational monographs and write more than 2 reading experiences in one semester.
Secondly, we should actively undertake open classes and improve our teaching level and teaching and research ability through communication with others.
